Have had numerous gaming laptops - never a desktop though. So i saw this one online and thought heck - 2080super with an unlocked 9700k - why not. Got home, set it up and first thing i always do is go straight into the bios. Bios menu pulls up - and unlike an actual real gaming desktop - the overclock and tweaking features are no where to be found. Very very odd. Paid for an unlocked cpu where you cant even utilize its unlocked potential that you were expecting to have access to. So i went to dig a little further and noticed that for some weird reason , there is NO information on this desktop-like every other single PC/laptop in the universe has. Especially gaming. So I dig a little deeper and find out that this "new" model that was advertised as being "released" recently - actually has an older desktops motherboard in it. It is a GL12CX motherboard. That's why everyone is having a hard time finding info on it. So not only did I pay for a useless unlocked CPU - but I paid for an older models motherboard when i was under the impression this was newly released model. Absolutely unacceptable.

I had initially thought I had a lemon when I took it out and set it up, as it would not power up. I found that I had to reseat the power to the motherboard and it worked fine after that. Took longer to setup the software and get rid of the bloatware than figuring out issue why the computer would not power up.

I have really enjoyed the response and processing speed from this computer. I would recommend anyone working with large files sizes to consider this type of computer, even if they are not a gamer.

GPU is a single fan setup that is extremely loud while playing "bigger" games. Single stick of 16gb 2666 ram (which is the fastest the MB can handle). Wires are shoved everywhere and crimped between the plastics around the case. If it wasnt for the hard to find parts, this would never be an option. Unfortunately, I stayed too optimistic on upgrading that I cannot return this PC.

Took out everything and put it into another case. Ended up adding a corsair AIO and replacing the motherboard and cpu with an i9 10900k and upping the ram to 3600mhz corsair ram. To be honest its not a bad system but intensive gaming and longevity its not worth more than the graphics card

This will prevent you from hitting high frame rates. Cooling seems insufficient as well. Spend money on a better product. Mine failed within a week.

The only thing he is not a fan of are the handles on top. He would like to take them off to slide it all the way in under his desk. We haven’t figured out how to take them off without risking damage.

No room for upgrades not even for better fans.not even to add more either. Motherboard wasn't new was pulled off a dinosaur. There's Only ONE case fan (rear) didn't even turn on I made sure it was plugged in correctly. Gpu didn't have any fans. Terrible airflow overall. Cpu ran hot after startup. I didn't play a single game and it ran hot. I don't recommend getting this pc unless you really know what you're looking at. I had a friend help check this out because he has a lot of experience with PCs more than I do.
