Very disappointing

Did not last 30 days

Went from very happy to totally not happy. Lucky I am an Elite member with Best Buy and I could just return it. So search continues.

Cooling System Doesn't Work

Secondly, after buying my own operating system, the computer runs hot. This is the second gaming computer I have had to purchase and return to Best Buy due to faulty cooling systems. I don't think there 'gaming' computers are any good.

Even though it came past 9 PM.. Anyways I set it up and it doesn't turn on. I get disappointed but decide to try again 30 minutes later and it works. I eventually set everything up but then not even 5 minutes into me updating the pc it randomly blue screens and upon turning it back on it then proceeds to show nothing and appear competely broken. Would not recommend buying h less you want to spend your money on a 2k brick with defective hardware. I returned the pc the next day.

I just don’t know.

It’s is now February 2, 2021 and it’s not going past the ROG screen. I foresee me returning this by the return date.

Highly upset
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased a execellent open box, waited almost two weeks for it, it came, I opened the box, couldn’t turn it on, went to geek squad, they turned it on, I took back home, realized a amd software was downloaded in it, saw that the graphic card was a cheap amd graphics card, and went through hell and back returning it after the 2 be store. Long story short, past owner scrapped the graphics card and switched it and I dealt with the repercussions, who ever checks these PCs for its original parts, do your job better. Spent almost 2k

Never buying Asus again

The graphics card was replaced within the first year. Luckily I had manufactures insurance. Now a few months later the computer is broken again. I'm over this computer, I can't even use it anymore because it freezes within the first 5 minutes.

Didn’t work, new too.

Three things Rear exhaust fan wasn’t working Display port had no signal PC would turn on and shut off by itself. Seemed like the motherboard might have been faulty. And to only have 15 days to return it while it is sent out to be fixed isn’t very good. Maybe I just receive a bad one. Brought it in an hour after just having it in my home

Buy a warranty because she'll be burnt up quick
