I’m not a tech nerd. This was a purchase for my 11 year old son to game with. I couldn’t even get it to do a factory reset. It said “Additional free space is needed on the drive where Windows is installed.” Can’t free up space because the computer not working. Can’t remove windows

Not powering up after 6 days...

Asus garbage

When trying to boot up fans sound like they’re about to lift off a aircraft carrier and fly into battle. After a few seconds of what sounds like a jet engine it crashes and shuts off.

2. Press and hold the power button for 1 full minute
3. Plug in only the charger and start up normally

Good Prebuilt Gaming PC

The i7-9700K processor can handle the load, and the 16 MB of RAM, while not optimal, is acceptable, and can be doubled to 32 MB by adding a second RAM chip. For me, what tipped the scale on buying a pre-built instead of custom building a new PC was the price and availability on graphics cards. Thanks to the cryptocurrency craze, good quality GPUs were simply not available at a reasonable cost. At the time I was shopping, I could not find an RTX 2080 Super (like the one that iss installed in this computer) for under $1,100 (USD). For another $500 I was able to get the whole system. Seriously, my old desktop has an MSI Radeon 6770 based graphics card, new in 2011. The same card was selling online for over $225! The ROG case could use another cooling fan or two, or a liquid cooler if you want to overclock the CPU and GPU. But if you are running default settings, the case cooling is adequate. Pros - Good performance, great value, can be overclocked and upgraded. Cons - it's a prebuilt. But it's an ASUS ROG Strix, so it's solid.
