I bought this to replace my sons ROG that was not booting up. Service was going to take at least a month on it and I did not want to be with a 14 yr old with no computer! He ended up loving this one better! ITs a newer model, only by little over a year but he is so happy with it! The other was not worth fixing, so I am happy we replaced it!

Works great, runs amazing on ultra and still get high fps

Still running strong and never had a problem with it. I hate pre-built computers but this one really changed my mind on pre-built pcs. I don't usually recommend these things but if someone is looking for one to buy real quick so you don't have to build one definitely go with this. Can't really go wrong with it.

Hi-performance right out of the box. I did upgrade to 32GB of RAM since I use this for processing HD video, not gaming. I like that is wasn't pre-loaded with a bunch of apps I would never use like some other brands.

This is a great desktop for those who are looking for a better than average gaming rig. The included 2080 SUPER graphics card performs great on a varity of games, along with the 16GB of memory and the 512GB of SSD. I disconnected the spinning 2TB platter storage and installed an additional 2TB SSD as my gaming storage which allows for faster speed and reduced lag within the game. I will have to admit it took a bit to find where to install the SSD as it's located in DIMM2 (near the memory), I also replaced the 16GB of Memory with Cosair Vengeance memory, so the desktop board is somewhat customizable. I think the future I will switch to liquid cooling, but the conventual air-cooled is good enough for now. I with that Asus would have included a better mouse and keyboard, what you get is a crummy basic keyboard and mouse..so if your looking for a gaming keyboard and mouse factor in that price. Overall, this is a great desktop for work and play.

I was very excited to get this as my first gaming PC. DISAPPOINTMENT doesn't say enough on how i feel. This may be one of the biggest mistakes I have made, I wish I stayed console. I even waited just over a month before writing this review to make sure it wasn't user error. Nope just terrible experiences. What I attempt to use this computer for.... COD, warzone, adobe photoshop, google meetings, nothing excessive The PROBLEMS Blue screen Stuttering in the game with any setting adjustments (low, med,high) and have all updated drivers Complete forced shutdown I cant even open the browser without it freezing up and going blue screen or just shutting down Why I gave it 2 stars. When this computer does work (very rarely) it does have good graphics and can be fun but more often than not, that only last a short time. Then it is pure frustration.

I bought this gaming PC because it has the features that I was looking for. After receiving the PC, I noticed that the components were lackluster for the price. It only came with one stick of RAM which is not ideal for gaming. I ended up returning it to Best Buy. They were awesome and gave me a full refund.

This is by far everything I wanted in a computer. I bought it in order to play games on my VR head set but since then I have done nothing but play on this. It is my new gaming system and can hold everything I do with ease. I would recommend if you can afford this set up you won't regret it!!

Solid machine, no issues as of a few months later. Runs quiet and is generally not disruptive.

It's been great. I appreciate the included software that facilitates optimizing the computer's functionality and also allows for monitoring. The computer runs perfectly and smoothly - all components work flawlessly (including fans). I love the headphone holder corner-flappy thing too!

Really not much I can say about this. I've done fairly heavy gaming and it's handled it like a champ. Also use it for photo editing and light video editing and it doesn't blink. I use a 4k monitor and if 4k gaming is an absolute must then you may want to look elsewhere. Otherwise I'm very happy.

I usually dont buy Prebuilts but for the price and parts in this i was feeling lazy and said ey why not. Ive had it for weeks now and no problems, it hasnt slowed down. The cooling could be better but my room is always cold so its never TOO HOT. runs games at a smooth rate and plenty space...Good Buy

Poor design, was not happy with this purchase and returned it. First one had a defective power supply and wouldn't turn on. The replacement came, There is only 1 active fan on the cpu and the backup vent case fan fan only kicks in when it is too hot (by the time it kicks on its too late) the system overheats under a full load. End result is you get poor performance on a new machine. No room to upgrade or add additional fans.

Awesome pc. But cant game to long because it reaches 85°c if i game over an hour.

works really fast but I received it and the fan in the back is not working

I have not been disappointed yet. There have been no issues and I average 100 to 120 fps on the game I play which is fantastic. Rust is the game. Only thing I would change is adding a water cooler for the cpu.
