Had a dead pixel which after several shut downs and restarts has disappeared. Keyboard stopped working - reinstalled Windows and is working again. Hopefully no more problems. It has been a great computer since those two issues were fixed. ASUS support was very helpful.

We purchased this gaming laptop for my son. I had heard that Asus is a good brand and read reviews on this laptop. While at bestbuy I also talked with the salesman whom was very helpful and helped in reaffirming my decision to go with an asus laptop.

There was only one issue I came accross with this product, was that the ROG gaming center wouldn't work, you will have to wait till Asus comes out with a new bios driver update, in the meantime you can use another app Asus has for free to download

I used the asus notebook and it's easy to use, and functions really well. The buttons are smooth, and easy to type with. The appearance of the notebook is really cool with bright orange color and the surface is smooth.

For someone looking for an alternative to a PC and not looking to spend an absurd amount of money, I would highly recommend this. For the price, this laptop delivered everything I wanted from a gaming laptop. Great graphics, fast speeds, and slick design. 100% recommend.

This is the second ASUS laptop computer we have purchased from Best Buy for our son. He is not only a "hard-time gamer" but a fulltime college student. I cannot say enough about the quality and reliability of this laptop. It is absolutely the Best - thank you

I really like the graphics and the games run very smoothly. Only problem is that the computer doesn’t always start up completely. This happens almost every time and the geek squad can’t fix it.

This can actually do everything that I need and more. The enhanced graphics are epic, and I;m amazed at how may applications I can have running at one time. Great comp for an active gamer. Added bonus of being a laptop and portable!!

Everything is fantastic except, no disc drive. I bought it for the high performance but I do need to do other things besides playing downloaded games. Who sells a pc without a disc drive?!

After combing through several laptops and a couple returns, I landed in this device. The HDD is kinda slow if you're used to a solid state drive, but it will run just about game on high/ultra. It can be upgraded.

I bought this laptop primarily for editing video. I can edit 4k video on Adobe Premiere Pro with ease. It handles everything great! Keyboard feels good, screen is great. I have no complaints at all with this laptop.

This is a great gaming laptop. Out of the box it was easy to set up. The specs on the laptop are straight forward.

For the first 6 months it worked flawlessly. After that it would not play games without lagging. Been in for service 4 times now and they have replaced everything except for the power supply and can't figure out why it will not work correctly. Its been in and out of service for over a month now. I am so tired. I just want a working computer like it was when I purchased it new.
