    Glossy OLED looks amazing! Text clarity isn't the best compared to IPS, but that is just where we are at with OLED technology right now.

    The quality was amazing right out of the box, easy to set up and figure out the settings. Except for the AWFUL pixel burning, I have the sleep timer set and one night I forgot to shut my monitor off and the sleep timer never kicked in… next thing I know my screen has an image burnt in and now everytime I use the pixel cleaning software on it the monitor burns an image no matter how long an image is up, maybe 5 minutes and it’s already got a grey haze and you can see your desktop burnt in. Hands down the worst product I’ve bought from ASUS and I’m never going to buy another monitor or recommend a product to anyone especially after the awful customer service

      We certainly understand your disappointment the quality of this monitor and the inconvenience this may have caused if you have had a burnt pixel on the screen. ASUS is an ISO certified company, as a result, all products go into a strict quality manufacturing standard. All ASUS products undergo intensive quality control testing and inspections that ensure each one is trouble-free, and are built to last. The burnt pixel on this monitor this is a random problem. ASUS provides warranty coverage for the product. We recommend you send the product in for service to resolve the hardware defect immediately. An RMA number is required to send it in for service.
