We certainly understand your disappointment and the inconvenience this may have caused wih the quality of this monitor. All ASUS products undergo intensive quality control testing and inspections, and are built to lasts. The monitor not working properly within a month of proper care and usage is a random problem. ASUS provides warranty coverage for the product. We recommend you send the product in for service if you are experiencing hardware issue so this may be resolved immediately. The picture is super clear and colorful because of the OLED screen and HDR. Games look smooth and fast with the 240Hz refresh rate and 0.03ms response time. It works great with FreeSync Premium, so there’s no screen tearing. The design is sleek and looks cool on any desk. If you love gaming, this monitor is totally worth it!
