I am not a fan of how hot these new AMD chips get, and this board did not help manage that. Without manually setting voltage and clock speed, turbo boost will try to squeeze all the power it can, which causes the VRM’s that manage power delivery to overheat. I ended up returning this for an MSI because of this power management issue.

Do be aware that there is no built-in video on the board, you will need to add a video card to function or purchase the processor with built-in video. Watch the placement of the processor or you might not be able to use all four slots for the memory. It has more than enough USB connections and SATA connections for most builders. It is a good board that handles a range of memory and processors.
