Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Okay, it wasn't necessarily dead dead, but the moment I put this board into my PC and hooked everything up, I started having some issues. The first week I had this motherboard, I started getting some blue screen errors. Maybe things just needed an update, yet after that, they kept occurring. The second thing I tried doing was reinstalling Windows. . . except that wouldn't work at all. Everything else was working the way it was supposed to, so at this point, I had the cause narrowed down to this motherboard. I swapped it out for a different brand (and higher model), and everything worked fine afterwards. Only reasons I give this a two instead of a one is because it looked nice and because it at least tried to fight the errors to work, even if it lost in the end. Of course, this could've just been my unit, however, after looking into things a bit more, a lot of people have had issues with this exact board in very similar situations. So, purchase at your own risk, but personally, I'd recommend getting a different one, whether it's from ASUS (as they do make great boards), or another manufacturer.
