Great laptop, I use primarily for video and photo editing.

I brought this laptop for my daughters birthday and she loves the lights on the keyboard and bottom. Also nice that you can change the color as well. The laptop itself seems very durable and great for any gamer.

Another amazing laptop, graphics are fantastic. Asus is always good

I got this computer for my wife. She loved the pink and wanted to do some light gaming. She absolutely loves it. The computer is awesome and best buy shipped pretty fast as well. I awesome overall experience.

It was good qhile it lasted. I AM SAD..I just bought my Laptop a few weeks ago but last night it stopped flashing and the keyboard stopped working..I looked up youtube videos on how to fix it and they didn't help me... I had my old acer computer for 10 years and it worked fine I only took it in for a few repairs during that time but its only been 2 weeks and this one has already died. The lights just randomly went off and the keypad does not work... I was happy very with my laptop until this happened. I always wondered if those lights would kill the life of my laptop.... I was having so much fun with my new laptop... but now I can't enjoy it and I didn't have enough money to pay for geek squad ..it was too expensive for me :-( sad customer.I only gave 2 stars because ot was perfect before this happened...but sadly I can't use it if the keys dont work.

excellent device, high performance, very reliable.

I’ve had this laptop for a few months and so far it’s still doing great. I mainly use this to play games like Apex, Valorant, and Call of Duty Cold War & it has held up well. I like the keyboard lights as I’m able to play in the dark. The only issue I had is some lag while playing Apex which I assume may be the wifi card, so I’ve been playing using an Ethernet wire.

Does everything I expect it to do, in a computer. I love how fast it is and the lighted keyboard with so many colors is cool. This computer keeps up with all my applications and work. I am not a gamer, but If I need the extra power, it's nice to know I have it.

Most units with similar specs were much more expensive.

I am a bit into gaming, but not the more recent AAA titles. Just chilling with the older games (that should give you an idea of how old I am), and so far it works quite great. The RGB lights add pizzazz to the laptop. I am very happy of this purchase, so far.

I bought this for my daughter who is attending her first year of college. she was very excited to get this laptop. she loves the cyber punk theme and lighting. the only bad thing is no camera but I can live with out it. fast boot up and apps open fast.

I purchased this laptop a month ago, and so far it has done all that was advertised. The led light display that the computer puts out is neat when combined with the matching mouse. I have been had zero issues so far, and am happy with the buy.

Got this computer as a gaming computer that will also go to school with my 8th grader. So far, he has really been enjoying it, and doesn't seem to have any problems with it supporting the games he wants to play.

This was a huge upgrade from my 2015 macbook air. It's fast, has a large screen, and the backlit keyboard is so cool. The only thing I was bummed about was that it didn't come with a built-in camera, but those are pretty easy to find and upgrade as needed. Overall super happy with it!

Very happy with computer condition, only thing I was sad about is it does not have a numeric pad. This was known when purchased, just have to purchase a bluetooth numeric pad for my book-keeping.

Sometimes you just have to write a review to get bonus points. With that being said this product actually is awesome and I highly recommend.

Very satisfied, delivery was delivered before set date, which was awesome. Computer runs great, every thing in working order nothing wrong, all in one piece, and the lights change.
