    I bought it less than 5 days ago and it was already having problems, it froze and got very hot, and the battery only lasted 2 hours.

    I bought the 18 inch for myself and I love so when my Grandson”s computer died I got this one for him. He loves it to, the smaller one travels easier then my big one.

    A disappointing heart-wrenching experience of something I been eagerly looking forward for. Quite sad- the device is only 20 days old and with no games installed or anything on it yet and the screen started blackening and whitening like it was possessed. On top of that, the volume gets distorted.. it is a shame. Now, I am stuck contacting Asus to get a solution.

    Great when it worked, first 2 months was great then started having memory access problems crashing during certain games

    Very good, except the speakers

    I've had it for about 2 weeks now, only games downloaded on it so far are skyrim and minecraft (BMC fabric). Both run really really well. Amazing upgrade from my previous laptop. The screen is really clear. I love the rgb keyboard and lightbar. keys are a little softer than I would want but pretty good. My main complaint is the sound quality. It's awful. When watching tv or gaming I have to turn the volume way way up just to hear anything clearly. It just sounds muffled no matter what surface the laptop is sitting on. the sound comes out from the center ofthe underside which I feel like is not unusual but Ive never had such bad audio on a laptop. I love everything else about it, so not gonna return it but I do wish that was better.
