Love my laptop would recommend 10 out of 10 good at gaming does get hot but with laptop cooler works perfect

Horrible experience, the product came into the store on the expected date. Git held up in the system for almost a week. They never reached out to let us know there was an issue. If we didnt go in looking for an update who knows how long it wouldve sat. Next we were told the order had to be canceled and reprocessed. We were promised the pricing would be the same but then were told it would be almost $50 more than the original purchase. We wouldve cancelled but our 13 year old had saved her own money for this for over a year and didnt deserve to wait any longer. We wont do any unnecessary buisiness with Best Buy again.
