I had Geeksquad set up the computer and try to repair issues with the keyboard. Even drove 150 miles round trip to Traverse City. Keyboard malfunctions where it will not work. I have to use the on screen keyboard to open the computer. Sometimes when I try to log on early in the morning it appears that someone is on my computer even though I completly shut it down at night. I want a new computer.

DELETE is the most annoying; AIRPLANE MODE is where the DELETE key is on most other keyboards. One review I read talked about "awkward" key placement, and I think this may be why. Also, the batter charge is very short, even with all the keyboard and accent lighting turned off.

I rarely had a problem with my first one so definitely had to buy the same brand again. So far, so good. Graphics are good and no lag playing games. Also love the number pad. The only thing I had to get used to were the QWER ASDF keys as they are backlit (?). Instead of a black key they are lit from behind. So depending on the light, sometimes its hard to read those keys. Not a big deal as I know what they are, I just wasn't expecting them to look that way. Overall, very happy with this purchase.

If you are looking for a laptop with brilliant performance and huge screen, this is it. I have used it for few days and it never gets tired.

It has many features that i really thought were going to be useless but they actually aren't. For instance it adapts to what your doing and changes performance based on that
