Great Laptop for VR, runs a little hot

It has no problems running any game i've tried so far at max settings. The laptop does get hot with the stock paste/fans/heatsink. The loading is a little slow as well, but I purchased a samsung M.2 SSD and it runs flawlessly and is very very quick now. Highly suggested to anyone looking for a laptop to run the Oculus. When I purchased this, I got it over the alienware 17. The M.2. SSD is highly highly recommended...

Excellent gaming laptop

We are fairly young so we use the laptop for many other uses like watching tv. It's been working really well. Only downside is that it didn't have a CD-Rom

Great value

It may run hot but this can be easily remedied by undervolting using intel XTU and msi afterburner. 75Hz monitor can be overclocked to 100Hz on virtually all of these. Also recommend a clean OS install. Runs all games on max and max temps never exceed the 70s now after undervolting.

Great laptop for a new graduate

An endless amount of power for gaming. Will not need another laptop while going through college and working. Easily able to add on components for extra jobs and fun, i.e. virtual reality programs, etc.

Great Laptop

I have an older model of this and all I can say is WOW! Big improvement over my 3 year old ASUS ROG. Screen, i7chip, video card, and screen are all improved. No problems so far (1 month). Makes me want to get one too! lol
