This year's scar has no electricity buzz, and this screen is soooo amazing! I'm so satisfied with this little beast.

I purchaded this laptop with very little reviews on it since it is so new. I am actually floored by its performance. PROS: Blistering fast / runs cool / fans do get a tiny but loud but not as loud as other laptops I’ve used / the Mini-LED screen is absolutely gorgeous and incredibly bright / plentiful amount of ports and connections / very easy to open up and work on. CONS: power supply gets ridiculously hot; very hot to the touch / battery life isn’t the best but it’s a gaming laptop with cutting edge technology lol. MISC: It runs any game that I throw at it with ease. Getting 120+ fps in Helldivers 2 at native resolution snd everything maxed. The audio is also really good for this kind of laptop. I overall highly recommend this.

This laptop has exceeded my expectations. This is the best screen that I have ever used on a laptop, as the brightness in general and the HDR performance is incredible (Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth combat effects really pop on this for example). The keyboard is the best that I have used too, with very responsive keys that are not so close to each other that they cause problems when typing. I am really impressed by the gaming performance. I was considering the mobile RTX 4090 option, but I am glad that I saved at least $800 to go with this mobile RTX 4080 option. I have a desktop 4090 setup that I use with a 4K 120 Hz display, and my testing shows that I can come close in performance on this 1440p laptop display in terms of frame rates when I have the same graphics settings on a game (maxed out on everything usually). And the screen on this itself is of course 240Hz refresh rate, which means that with the Nvidia DLSS technology and G-Sync I can really push my settings as I choose to maximize the frames in the game to take advantage of this machine. The laptop itself is smaller and thinner than expected, and it does not weigh a ton like older gaming laptops that I have used. The thermal performance on this laptop has just blown me away so far. I can be gaming for extended periods on a game that is pushing the GPU as hard as possible, and the underside of the machine hardly shows any sign of being hot at all. Any real heat is simply the air vented from the back of the laptop as expected. Of course, the fans are going to spin up quite at a bit at full throttle gaming, but honestly it is quieter in that regard than other gaming laptops that I have tried previously too (I could game with either the built-in speakers or certainly with my headphones with no real concerns). I do not really care about battery life on this machine, as I intend to have the laptop plugged in for full performance 99% of the time. But at least there are options with Nvidia Optimus and just using the integrated GPU and such if you really wanted to conserve battery at times. This is an amazing portable gaming laptop that also excels at everything else that I have tried on it so far with that great keyboard and incredible display.

I am very satisfied with my azus core i9 computer. The processing power is impressive, thanks to the core i9 processor which handles demanding tasks like video editing without any problems,Games and simulations. Computer also designed for software developers. Ultra fast boot, ultra fast program execution, Illuminated keyboard. If you are looking for a computer for any type of work I recommend this one.

My first unit died completely after booting it up twice. Very weird. Second unit no issues at all. Amazing laptop. Great performance and thermals. This is a portable powerhouse that can get whatever you need done! The display is amazing, the best I’ve ever seen on a laptop. Looks are awesome, keyboard and trackpad are exactly what I’d prefer (deep sounding), and the 16 inch size is the absolute biggest I can handle for a daily driver. My negatives are: WiFi 6E chip instead of 7, which I found to be about 13% slower than my WiFi 7 chip in my house, speaker quality is mediocre and downward firing still, and ram is locked at 5600 mhz with no way to increase speed or tighten timings. If we could tighten the timings at least… man. One can only wish for a BIOS update that will allow us to do that on this thing. In my opinion, if this doesn’t break on me, this is the best all-round premium laptop on the market. I don’t even game much on the laptop but the fact I have a 4080 and 14900HX is nice to have when on the go. Up to you if you want to try your luck and see if you get a good unit, but if you get a good one, you’ll be amazed.

I love this computer. It is powerful and fast. However, before I had it for even a year, the motherboard had to be replaced. I don't know if this is something that is a problem, or if it was just that time. My husband and I have had ASUS computers for a few years now with great service. I recommend them.

It kept forgetting how to open up my Microsoft profile to log in and forced me into temp accounts. Fans would run so loud over just launching chrome and the CPU gets overwhelmed at the most basic things. Crapped the bed over updating and corrupted itself. I hate this thing. Best Buy has a 15 day return policy which doesn't actually help anyone, a lot of problems arise a little after the first year with a lot of laptops (at least from my experiences) because manufacturers just don't make computers like they use to. They're weak, cheap feeling and overpriced... Call me crazy but I legitimately think it's by design like they do with phones. Asus has been zero help and I'm conveniently out of warranty with them by a month so I just have to sell this on Letgo and find a better computer and eat the difference.

Its a fantastic laptop with powerful graphics however its very bulky.

I've been looking for the best and i think i've found it! i'm giving it 5stars even though speakers arent the greatest but i would never rely on them for primary sound. Screen is AMAZING. Size and portability is is just right for gaming or work. Highly recommend.

It’s got one of Intels 13&14th gen CPUs that Intel’s not going to recall or do anything about. Do some research and purchase st your own risk.

If you have a real budget and you’re not a poor college student and you want legitimate gaming laptop that checks all the boxes that doesn’t weigh 1000 pounds this is probably the unit to buy the only reason I don’t give this five stars is because I’m not a huge fan of the material that’s made of. They could’ve done some kind of carbon fiber, even if it cost a little bit more.
