Customers are saying

Customers are positive about the ROG Strix X570-I Gaming motherboard's numerous USB-C ports, compact size ideal for small form factor builds, and robust feature set including RGB lighting. Many appreciate its excellent performance and build quality, while some find the price to be a significant drawback. The placement of the HD audio connector proved challenging for a few users. Overall, the motherboard receives high praise for its capabilities within a small form factor.

Wanted to go small to save desk space because having the tower on the ground was not good for airflow or dust. Lol. Gotta say this thing was easy to build. Has 2 m.2 slots. Im using a sff case and there is enough room for 240mm aio with 3 slim fans. Also pairing this with a 5900x and 6900xt. So much fps in a sff build.

ROG Strix X570-I - Mainboard issues

Only 4 stars? Here's why: 1. The extra slot for the SSD is located on the 'bottom' of the motherboard. The Rog Case purchased has an open area for this kind of thing however, the drive slot is covered requiring the removal of the motherboard just to install the extra SSD. 2. The Digital Sound jumper block is located 'underneath' a completely visually aesthetic plastic cover. The need to leave the jumper block unobstructed or bend the jumper wires at a 90deg are the only choices (if you want it connected). 3. MOST IMPORTANT! Best Buy touts the Corsair iCue cooling fans as being sold with this motherboard. It is NOT compatible. Get the ROG Cooling fans for the ROG motherboard for perfect match without hassle. 4. Only 1 connection for a "USB 3.1 Type-C Port" on the back of the board. The ROG case comes with another Port on it, however no extra connection on the board to hook it up. Is all this nitpicking? More time cleaning up these little tidbits could have made this an excellent board, instead of only 'compatible' with other products.

I got this motherboard for my small form factor build and I have no regrets. Works great with my Ryzen 9 3900xt. The RGB lighting works with Corsair's iCUE software which I appreciate. There's a ton of ports on the back. I love that the most.

Great motherboard with enough features to work well in a portable mini itx build. For anyone planning a build with NZXT H1, this board will fit and stay cool.

Tight and a bit finicky - but that's what it is to build a small form factor machine, overall build was smooth and the board's performance is exceptional.

I love it. I never saw me switching to AMD after being a die-hard Intel supporter. I love ITX but some spots are tight. Also need to read the manual. But this is a great motherboard. Couldn't access the BIOS but felt silly when I realized the 2nd monitor had the BIOS screen. Worth it!

This is a good mini-ITX motherboard for your Small Form Factor PC (SFFC) build, just wish it came with a USB-C header since most newer ITX cases now have one USB-C and one USB-A on the front/top panel. I currently have this installed in a NZXT H1 case and has to buy an third-party adapter to get the USB-C port to function. HTH.
