I got delivered a broken monitor

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This package came to me all damaged, corner of bottom screen vented, monitor arm adapter was already installed on the monitor, missing parts and the whole screen was cracked. It clearly was a used item that was delivered to me when it was supposed to be a BRAND NEW monitor. I sent it back to Best Buy and I’m still getting charged for it and haven’t gotten my refund yet. What’s going on?
