It's an amazing laptop all around. Phenomenal build quality, display, speakers, and performance. The trackpad is super nice, as well as the keyboard layout.

Laptop was great until it decided to restart frequently. I don't blame the laptop. I purchased this open box excellent, however, it was not. When the package arrived I noticed the laptop had some gapping on the front of the device indicative of being opened up and not oit back together properly and damaged. Additionally the laptop did not function as new. Upon heavy loading the dedicated GPU, after about 7 minutes, (reproducable issue using stress tests), the device would simply restart and boot back up as if nothing had happened. I monitored the temperature and voltages and nothing stood out abnormal. Talking with multiple supports yielded no solution which resulted in me returning the laptop. It's clear someone at Best Buy needs to more thoroughly check what open box excellent means. You could assume it was shipping errors, however, there was no obvious damage to the package indicating the product itself was faulty. All that being said, great laptop while it was working definitely recommend it and I actually repurchased a variant of it new. Hopefully it lasts.

Thin & Light & Powerful. If you spend some time playing with the Asus Armour Crate, you will eventually find the best setting for your needs. I have different setting for different games

This computer has good CPU and GPU and therefore very good performance in the current market. 512GB is a bit small but can easily swap with a large one. 16GB memory was pretty sufficient for me with no strong gaming requirement. But be careful is you are a linux user!!! The WIFI adaptor may not be recognized for some unknown reason. Restart can fix that problem with a probability. Also, the screen some time becomes frozen and you have to power off by pressing power button for a long time...

Great purchase. It's a reliable laptop.. and I've had a few different laptops but this is definitely one of my favorites. Only thing is that it does get hot! No issues ever with booting up or stalling. And I usually have a lot of processes going on at any given time.

Great laptop only issue is asuses QA but if you can get through that tunnel the other end is a fast portable great laptop

Overall a good laptop, but it does have some overheating issues due to the size. The most portable gaming laptop I’ve bought.

If you are looking for a light, portable gaming & daily work (media editing) laptop then this is it! Great specs, awesome battery life, good price. I use as a daily work (audio engineer, media editor) laptop and of course I do game a bit on it in my free time. Performance per dollar is insane. Yes, ssd is a bit small but an easy upgrade which still makes this laptop a great value.

It is excellent, I can play every game in ultra settings with 60+fps, it is very portable, and has a good battery for daily use.

I like it very much. Very powerful, power efficient device. I liked everything about it EXCEPT It has some issues with display. The screen itself is awesome, but because it has 2k resolution, it has some issues with apps that are not optimized for that(quite a lot of apps). You will have to set high DPI settings for each app that didn't work well(. But overall, I totally recommend it. Battery life after some optimization lasts very long.

Excellent little powerhouse. Just like a lot of us, our work lives, hobby lives, personal lives, and gaming habits revolve around our computers. I needed a computer that could do all of these things while being portable, and this little machine holds up. The battery life, as long as you’re on the right setting for power consumption, can get you a good 4 hours while doing light loads. I work on unity games at a coffee shop for a good 3 hours before I consider reaching into my backpack for the charger. Gaming works well, I can play most titles at acceptable frame rates at 4k, and most games on full settings at 2k. It’s lightweight, beautiful, great typing experience, and trackpad feel, and it can take whatever you can throw at it all at a decent price.

This laptop is a beast! It can run any triple-A titles with no worries. Additionally, it can turn into a quiet work laptop for students with a long battery life. The only issue I have with the laptop is the screen bleeding in the corners, but it's not visible in the light, so it's still great. Other than that, the laptop is just perfect.

This computer is amazing! It ran and plays all games I can throw at it at high or max settings. The really bad thing about this computer is that it is awful when you stream live on twitch or other streaming apps. Another thing I didn't like is the touch pad sometimes you have to press hard to get it to register. Other than that if you just game and don't steam live then this computer can play anything on high or max settings

Excellent computer. Couldn't be happier with computer or price. Super fast sick graphics. I've already upgraded it with a Samsung 990 pro 2Tb hard drive. And a 32 gig ram from G Skills works Flawless with the AMD processor. Total with upgrades just under 1000. Can't beat it.

Absolutely loving the laptop, don’t have a single issue with it. Especially my first time getting an opened box, condition was like new. Definitely Best Buy is the way to go.

This is a great gaming computer. It gets good frame rates in a great package. I've got an RTX 3070 TI laptop running at 150watts and I prefer this machine with its RTX4060. Just look at the colors on the screen. So nice. There is light bleed and it gets hot...

purchased as open box, and this thing is a little power house! Upgradable RAM (up to 32gb), as well as storage and wifi chip all upgradable. Cant reccomend enough!
