Great laptop and customizable with extra RAM and SSD; 4060 works for most games at medium to high settings.

it is good, but need to have extra add ons so price is higher than it shows. Storage is definetly something that should be upgraded right off the bat and if you plan to be out for long the charging brick is pretty bulky and heavy.

The graphics are way more than I expected! Runs so smooth! Couldn’t have been any happier with this purchase! 10/10!

Got this laptop for a few weeks...loved it so far. Looks sleek and nice. A little warm even for normal use(not gaming) but not a big deal. Got it on sale so overall very nice quality for the $.

The zephyrus g14 hss for severwl yeaes been the best offer for portability and performance with overclocking ability out of the box. Some of the highesr spec notebook grade Hardware but lack of quality control.

One of the best gaming laptops. Played Final Fantasy Remake at 1440p(external monitor) 100fps with no problems at all. Very smooth for video editing (Da Vinci Resolve).

Great Laptop for the price! It runs the current AAA games at almost the highest graphic settings smoothly. Very easy to upgrade the SSD (which I added a 2 TB SSD)and add a stick of RAM too.

I'll start off by saying my 3-star review limits bias toward the OpenBox purchase experience, which I'll get to at the end and should get a 0-star based on the Asus’ policy. First, the device is attractive and feels well-made. The chassis, keyboard, screen folding, and touchpad are all very good (5-stars). The processor and graphics compared to our other devices are outstanding (5-stars). The display is good, not great. I like the size and it’s clear but do not expect the depth and contrast of other panels, especially if you have worked with OLED (3-stars). Performance is exceptional, however, it comes with operating temperatures that cause high fan noise and require a laptop pad. If you're doing anything graphics intensive, expect to feel significant heat rising up from the keyboard too (1-star). The storage -- it's a terrible mismatch to other capabilities: this device should not be equipped with less than a 1TB drive. After installing office apps, syncing one-drive and adding one game, I have less than 100GB left. No room to think about videos or any other digital content without upgrading the SSD (2-stars). Lastly, Asus and its warranty policy for OpenBox purchases. I invested time to get the warranty moved to my name and wanted the expiration date updated to reflect my purchase. During that process, I learned Asus for any device owner transfers or OpenBox purchases will provide only a 90-day warranty. I could even understand if they limited it to 1-year from the first registration -- that would make sense and cover me for another 10-months. Asus is sending a poor message about their product when they default to a 90-day warranty. (1-star). Please do keep the heat, drive space, and poor Product support by Asus in mind if you consider this device, especially as an Openbox "deal." The Warranty and Product Support may ultimately result in returning this device since many other brands that Best Buy carries will honor their full warranty even for OpenBox.

Great laptop for the price but one of the hinges on the screen broke after a year of use. Geek squad took care of it for me.

Really good battery life and if you have cloud storage, 500GB is not bad to start with. You can even expand the storage if you like though it will be costly. This is just the ideal computer to have for all your work and gaming needs.

This laptop has the best performance, graphics, look and easy to use... for the price? You can not beat it. I am obsessed with my new Zephyrus and I recommend it to anyone looking for a new gaming laptop.

Overall a good gaming laptop, does suffer from some manufacturing quality issues, some backlight bleed, some noise/whiny fans, but overall a decent laptop at this size

Great bang for my buck. It does everything I need it to do as a beginner. I get to game 1-2 games with my best friends and I can do some light work without needing to move to a desktop.

Works great for videogames, the video quality is great when running on performance mode. I was also able to upgrade the SSD to 2TB pretty easily as well. Only downside is that the fans can get a little loud.

Bought this laptop for my sister. Light and powerful machine. She encountered battery draining issues until she updated the AMD and Nvidia drivers. No other issues and she is happy with the laptop.

I've always exclusively played Xbox but wanted to play PC-only games and PlayStation exclusives. Don't really have anything to compare it to but so far I have zero complaints and have enjoyed it!

Looks great and works even greater. My son is able to play pretty much any game on this. Up next we hope to upgrade his storage! This laptop runs great and we have zero complaints.
