One of the best laptops I have ever owned! I still haven't tried game dev softwares on it but for a software developer I am really satisfied.

Good laptop. I got it and do some gaming on it. Had issues and would randomly restart so had to send it in for warranty and get the motherboard replaced. Hopefully no more issues but for the price it is decent. Better to get a pc for gaming but like the portability of a laptop

I do enjoy this laptop very much. I did upgrade the SSD and that was very easy to change out. I absolutely love this computer for gaming! While gaming the battery will run out quick depending on the setting. But it's also using the Nvidia 4060 graphics card. Mine is always plugged in while gaming. Other matter I'll uplogge it and go print something but that's about it.

The G14 offers a great balance between productivity and performance. You can easily switch between multiple modes depending on the kind of work you are doing, whether it is just taking notes in class or destroying your competition in online games. The battery life is pretty good when you not using the dedicated GPU, really light and easy to carry around, amazing screen and keyboard with a solid build. Plus, when you need performance you can switch up and get the max out of the 40 series cards. Totally recommend if you get a great offer on it.

Quality of laptop feels sturdy and longlasting, screen is great would recommend if you can find it on sale/discounted.

I have been enjoying this laptop since I got it, upgraded the ram to 32 gigs, and now I can pretty much play any game at native resolution with max settings.

This is a great design to open the laptop at 180 degrees in one hand and very useful for typing both ergonomically and for air flow/heat expulsion. Windows 11 Pro was preinstalled and upon initial boot and with few questions like country and keyboard selection it asked to login to my Microsoft account and once done, it started downloading firmware and updating windows. Performance: This is a great laptop with mind-blowing performance on a small form factor for gamers. AMD Ryzen 9 7940HS processor is powerful and efficient, providing snappy performance in both gaming and everyday tasks. With 8 cores and 16 threads, this has up to 32GB 4800 HZ DDR5 memory and up to 125W GPU power with Dynamic Boost. During my daily usage for the past week, there were no issues working with multiple tabs on the chrome browser and on the Microsoft IE browser. It automatically switches to modes when it’s not connected to power source and working on battery for efficient battery life. Performs the best in multicore test compared to single core test but its performance on a portable 14 inch is never seen before on any gaming laptops. Also, this laptop comes with 1TB of SSD storage that is plenty for content creators or for gamers. Armory Crate software is easy to load with the dedicated hotkey on the top of the keyboard and it’s very convenient to change the performance mode of the windows from silent, performance, turbo, and manual. Software provides a great dashboard of the system performance from CPU Stats, GPU Stats, Fan Speed, Memory and Storage details at a quick glance and tweak if required. Charger/Ports: On the left side of the laptop, you have the power port, HDMI 2.1 port, USB 4 Type-C with DisplayPort 1.4 and power delivery, and 3.5mm audio jack. It’s advertised that battery will last up to 10 hours video playback and upon testing, it was close to 9 hours of video playback under minimal brightness. Very impressive and didn’t expect a great battery life. However, heavy gaming and intensive tasks will drain the battery faster. Keyboard and Touchpad: G14 has a great full functionality desktop inspired keyboard with some dedicated hotkeys with macro function for volume buttons, microphone mute and ROG Armoury Crate software button. IT has got white light and one zone RGB with ASUS Aura Sync and Fast actuating key switches. Speaker & Mic: Compared to other laptops I own; this one has the best audio due to the smart amp woofers with virtual 5.1.2-channel surround sound powered by Dolby Atmos technology. It has 4 speaker system with built in 3-microphone array and AI noise-canceling technology. Due to Dolby Atmos technology, sound quality is greatly optimized and sounds great when watching movies on Netflix or prime videos or playing games. Three modes (cardioid, stereo, omnidirectional) for the integrated mic array and two-way AI noise cancellation filters both input and output audio, making video calls, streams and recording clearer. With it's powerful Ryzen 9 CPU, RTX 4060, 14" QHD screen that runs at 165hz- this laptop has everything I needed for mobile media editing! Battery life has been stellar while on the go with about 7hrs or Adobe suite editing and close to 10hrs on lighter loads. Best of all, it is all packed in a very portable stunning design which is incredible. Highly recommend this laptop to anyone who needs desktop content creating performance on the go!

The zephyrus laptop has been my laptop for just over a year running many games. It runs discord, medal, twitch and OBS services with ease would definitely recommend the added memory as there is already a slot on the board to add it. Great laptop worth the price.

Great gaming laptop for school and gaming. The only issue was its relatively short battery life.

Overheats easily don't let it sleep without good airflow. Can't just sit it anywhere for a trip without making sure it's off even if plan on using in 10 minutes. Even when using go Manual in Armour crate and turn fans on high. Already out of date for current market. 1 SSD slot and 1 RAM DDR5 slot hitting 4800 MHZ only fully up to date. Trackpads are off and many reviews on it that they didn't pay attention until too late. Ends up being warranty to where many ended up with same issue same with the Main SSD if it goes down there's only 1 so you're out unless you have a spare that can get bootable. Running even on a knee be prepared for nearly burning your leg and laptop running hot. Was given that advice actually by an employee after buying it. Works well as a browsing light use with cooling pad or airflow ready desk holes platform. Newer version from what I read and saw is less upgradeable no ram slot if I remember correctly so get at least a 32GB now a days in my opinion and experience. I upgraded and let my wife use it switched to upgradeable ddr5 that's a little better 5200mhz. Hoping for some chipset or bios upgrades to open 5600mhz on mine but. Lastly is screen! As I said it gets hot and as I'm disabled on one leg that's good but hard to see. Chest or stomach going to need a cooling pad but about the only way to really get view unless you want emblems and font Large. Definitely wasn't for me and it's only a 4060 atleast can get some decent power but 4070 with power in other models for same amount would make more sense. Laptops are getting lighter and smaller as they do onboard systems for a lot unfortunately.. Smaller it gets less likely for upgradeable or quick fix without a send in. Battery life is actually not bad mY Asus likes to use battery Saver keeping it at 80% instead of 100 when plugged in so if about to leave make sure to enable instant 100 before leaving and would bring charger as it's not amazing it still drains faster than others less than some others in it's same class. Lastly unfortunately as many are following suit they don't run a SD slot and less USB and connection options not terrible compared to others in that but still disappointing. Add all to the cost and can end up with e better cooled, better specs more ports add little weight and space though so all in all it's ok for light use and display is light compared to a 240hz or better type of display with higher nitts if needed. However if on a desk and running external cooled mostly and small trips. Then sure can look at as an option but SSD only 1 and 1 slot for ram. As all games, files, pictures and videos increase it's buy space and store online or have some drives ready. The Good: Micro SD slot can be used as a second drive / storage good for desktop and external picture and video in that aspect. Just going to make sure you buy for the right options and be prepped for a lot of negatives that some don't have. POWER- check the power ratio to the video cards and it's better and can pull more than some 4070 and 4080 etc It does get power to that 4060 while is running warm it's still performing better than some so called better cards due to power output which is important to pay attention to. Reason to buy- For me it was power to card it was a better option than many 4070 getting about half the power input and delegation. So if editing, doing websites and gaming it can still outperform other systems that look better on paper Take a look at power cord wattage and percentage sent to the graphics is something I had to learn after wasting time and money on a couple 4070 that were half the bank and half or less making it to the graphics. SO THIS OUTPERFORMED HIGHER GRAPHICS 4070 or better.. a 4080 or better now still won't really matter if getting 30watts to it. SMALL AND SLIM LIGHT it is and POWER is there but it does mean heat however compared to other options it'll out perform "better cards" "better screens" if the power isn't there from not only the power bank. but not delegated and sent to the proper aspects Based on the trackpad being off, overheating for me, small and hard to see than a 15-16 on knee or chest and getting toasty nearly burning melting.. Just can't say it fits a large group of what portable aspects, lightweight, or laying down with it. Heat issues destroy a lot of reasons I wanted it wife loves it to use canva for maybe an hour but has accidently let it overheat in sleep as it still runs especially on pillow, blanket, non breathable surface while you expect no to minimum heat it's there!

Great laptop! I run a couple of trading platforms on it plugged in to 1 external monitor and it runs smoothly. The size is a plus when travelling.

I've had this laptop for months now. It performs good. But, gets hot cirrently 84C just playing mid level games. However, cirrently a heatwave going on and it still pits out 200+ FPS on LoL swarm.. which csn habe hundreds of enemies on screen. If you can get a deal on this laptop like i did.. it will do the job.

this is my favorite laptop I've ever owned. small premium little monster that actually has the cooling needed to not only keep the machine running but you can touch they keyboard and not burn those digits!!! wowiee what an idea make a small and light but add enough heft to the cooling so. said cooling actually works. very very nice machine the only thing i wish it had FHD screen, all games would run better at the res and at 14 inches anything highter than that particular res is silly... theres no point, like a bumper sticker on a your windshield.
