Its slim and very lightweight which makes it easy to carry around. Havent tried any games on it yet but looking forward to.

Bag was ripped so original box was scratched up quite a bit. The laptop came with a dent on the top along with scratches, its supposed to be considered excellent condition which states not dents or scratches. Good laptop but wouldnt recommend trusting open box condition on bestbuy.

The most impressive thing I love is the 500nit screen. I have had laptops with very poor screens and good hardware in the past. I will never neglect researching the screen again.

Zephyrus experience

To begin with I have to start off the staff at the Savannah location are absolutely amazing. I had two of these Zephyrus computers, the first continued to run hot even on cooling mat. It would randomly power itself down. I took it to exchange for the second in which it immediately glitched out right from the start during setup at the store which store rep seen. The screen continued glitching in and out preventing me from erasing it they escorted me up front where geek squad was able to erase whilst the screen continued glitching during the entire process. They did however get me in the Lenovo Legion 7i which I will write a full review on in that posting but kudo's to the support given from this store and staff. New manager Josh is AMAZING!!!!! Thanks guys I really appreciate you. I very seriously discourage anyone from buying this model.

Compact yet powerful

I have some pretty bad backlight bleed in the bottom corners of the screen, but the left corner is by far the worst. I get constantly reminded of it when playing visually darker video games or watching darker videos. I have to drop the brightness to 70% to make it almost unnoticeable. I will be exchanging it for another laptop in hopes that it won't have the same problem. I'll update this review after the exchange.
