Overheats and crashes

I cannot even run zoom without the Rog crashing. The entire screen freezes I cannot do anything so I have to hold the power button down to turn it off or it just crashes on its own. Believe the associates at BB when they tell you this laptop runs hot it runs extremely hot and it happens almost immediately after starting an application. The only game I have installed is the sims 4 and if I play the game for an hour the laptop fan goes crazy and then boom blue screen of death it reboots or restarts. I’m so disappointed in this brand

Wi-Fi connection was bad, constantly get disconnected. I had good wifi connection with other electronic devices in my home it was just this laptop having trouble. It would turn off on its own when id plug it in/disconnect to charge. Had to turn it back on every time.

However, the screen itself is either extremely delicate or prone to imperfections. White spots appear out of nowhere. Yellowing is easily visible at the bottom edge too when at full brightness. It also runs hot as a cooktop.
