The laptop is stunning and runs nicely for its general uses. I loved my 2022 Asus ROG Zephyrus 15.6 and I thought I was getting a beast of a laptop with this model. It won't even run Valorant at startup, a game that does not require much to run. I read some reviews on Reddit and people have also experienced issues about their Valorant client crashing. I updated the laptop and every driver and still couldn't startup Valorant. I redownloaded Riot Client and Vanguard and even reinstalled Windows and nothing worked. I even went out of my way to a Best Buy location that had this laptop in stock and exchanged it, but the same thing would happen. I got frustrated and returned the laptop. If I can't even run Valorant on a beautiful laptop because of a problem Riot and Asus won't fix, I'm rating this 2 stars

I’m start off by saying this is a great computer. Here’s the pros and cons (very short) list. Pros: Very fast in every way. System boots in a few seconds. Not much more to say about it. The battery lasts a long time, and I can get 8hours from it when doing basic internet, email, and office applications. The battery lasts a lot less when gaming but that is typical. There is also a setting where it will only charge to max 80% to protect the battery. Some laptops have this, but they should all. The sound quality and speakers are very good considering it is a laptop. Very clear highs and decent lows. Better than other laptops I have heard. The display is crisp, clear, and bright, and has a QHD resolution. At 14 inches, very portable and lightweight if that is what you are looking for. Easy to just throw in your bag and take it out whenever you need it. Touchpad is oversized, very responsive and easy to use. The fan rarely turns on and when it does, it is very quiet relative to other gaming laptops. Gaming performance is very good with smooth and clear graphics and never any noticeable frame rate dips. Tested with both sports and FPS games. Cons: The keyboard is a little hard to type on. The keys don’t move much and require a decent amount of pressure so when typing, sometimes letters are missed. The keyboard backlighting is by far the worst thing on this laptop. When the room is lit and the backlighting is off, the keys are easy to read. If the backlighting is on whether the room is lit or dark, you can hardly see the letters on the keys and are just guessing. I’m guessing it is because the keys are white, and the backlighting shown through masks the letters on the keys. Almost a deal breaker if everything else wasn’t so fabulous. For such a small laptop, the power supply is large, the same size as the power supply of much larger computers. I wish the power supply was smaller to match the smaller size of the computer. It only comes with a 512GB SSD. By today’s standards, it really needs at least a 1TB SSD. You can upgrade it but who wants to do that on a new computer. Make the computer slightly more expensive and include a 1TB SSD. There are 3 LED lights on the back of the laptop, for power, battery charging/full, and SSD activity. These are only visible when looking at the computer from the back, and with the lid closed because the open lid covers them. They should really be visible from the front whether the lid is open or closed otherwise they are essentially useless. Even though there are a few items on the cons list, they are minor and are far outweighed by the pros list. Really just the keyboard is a major gripe. I can without hesitation recommend this computer for internet, email, office work, and gaming, everything you throw at it.

Plain and simple, Laptop is useless with the wifi card not working. I have tried everything i can think of to fix the issue besides replacing the wifi card. Unfortunately it is out of the return window.
