It is quite powerful and yes the battery life isn't MacBook tier, but it's pretty good all thing considered. Only problem I have with it is that it started eating power like crazy even on the lightest games.

The extra VRAM is vital for modren games so I dont recommend anything lower than the 12 in this. It get warm and a bit loud. But you can make adjustments depending on what youre playing. Ive owned several different gaming laptops in the lastn3 years but Ive found myself back with the zephyrus series for a reason.

When using my previous computer it would continuously shut down and crash when softwares for a long time or having multiple open at once. With my new asus I’m an able to run mutlipe hefty softwares such as rhino two motion and autoCAD without the computer crashing which is awesome.

The only drawback is that it tends to be loud, but I use my headphones, and I don’t hear it. Exceptional machine. Works Red Dead Redemption 2 with no issues. I would definitely recommend this especially if you are traveling.

Speed of running, numer of windows you can open simultaneously, color balance, mouse response are all very best. Sound quality from the front speakers is great. Expensive, but worth it.

Worth it to watch YouTube reviews to get things set up. Fan noise a bit loud but laptop stays at reasonable temperatures while gaming. Screen is beautiful.

I ended up returning it for a couple of reasons (performance certainly wasn’t one of them). I exchanged it for the G16 because I preferred the larger screen and it has room for an extra ssd where the G14 does not.

I ran 2 oldschool RuneScape clients on it and the computer was running at about 95°C. I like the lugging on it and it works well when plugged in but I wouldn’t rely on it without a power source.

Performance seems on par with old 4080 model, which makes a better value proposition. Love everything about it so far.
