If the display was better, this would be fantastic. The laptop keyboard can also get uncomfortably hot at the default settings, but a few tweaks I found online allowed me to remedy that.

That accounts for the 2 stars. With a lengthy list of negatives, I'll have to pick my top three. My primary complaint is the battery life. There are many guides out there to help you lengthen the life of the G14 battery. That it requires so much work and effort to sometimes get no more than 1.5 hours out of a full charge is very frustrating. Can't it come out of the box with an expectation of at least 3 hours with normal web browsing? My second complaint are the speakers. They are very quiet and poorly positioned. Unless the laptop is on a hard surface, they sound muffled. Tying for third place is the track pad and the charging port. (Okay, maybe this should my top four complaints.) Clicking on the trackpad is difficult, even after tweaking the trackpad settings. And, the charging port could not be more inconveniently placed. Considering that the battery doesn't last that long, its plugged in a lot and the charging cable is in the way. As the title says, I missed the 15 day return window and regret buying this computer.

If you haven't already, I recommend installing any available Windows updates, as well as following the link below to update your BIOS. If that does not resolve the battery endurance issues, I would recommend contacting Best Buy customer service to arrange a hardware repair.
