This laptop is great. It accomplishes everything I need from it and it is very powerful. However, I did have to return it originally due to issues with the screen. It has also experienced some freezing and glitching when using the internet. If it is kept updated regularly, it should be fine. But if you are paying such a high price, it should be expected to work without issues.

I love this laptop. Perfect for a gamer and lugging around for school. It also looks great and has an aluminum finish.

The laptop is a decent laptop, with good specs, and is what I believe to be a fairly capable gaming computer. However I have had nothing but software, driver, and hardware issues since I received it, and nothing I have tried seems to be able to get it running at its full potential. I'm also immensely disappointed with the description I was given, and the details I was given about the pc through best buys website. I feel I was misled about certain aspects of the computer, and I'm also fairly unhappy with the fact that the same computer with the new RTX 30 graphics cards is now available at at best buy for what I'm pretty sure is less than what I paid for this model. The 2 stars is a reflection, and a criticism directed at Best Buy's website, a select few members of their staff I had the displeasure of dealing with today, and what I feel is a lack of due diligence, and attention to detail on their part. The computer itself deserves a higher rating, and is not the reason for my low review or my unpleasant experience.
