I love it! It’s been 4 months and has handled everything i’ve thrown at it. I don’t do too much intensive tasks though so take that with a grain of salt haha. Only thing i’ve had a minor issue with is battery life. I haven’t gotten quite the advertised time but that hasn’t bothered me too much because i’m usually not away from home while using it.

I bought this unit in openbox fair. I took the risk and of course the laptop came with just the laptop so i bought a charger from somewhere else. So far Ive had problems situationally but up to this point not a single problem is worth mentioning to bring a star down. Not just yet.

A little too small of a screen and no camera . Ok other than that

I returned my first G14 because of minor quality issues. The trackpad on the left side was slightly elevated and the top of the bezel (where you would hold the lid) was slightly bent. I ordered this G14 again and this bend was there again (maybe it's supposed to, idk). The trackpad is fine this time. The battery is significantly worse after updating Windows, my first G14 didnt change battery performance after all updates. (Note that I got my 2nd G14 only a week after I returned my second so I doubt some other update or process could've changed this). The last touch, one of the corners by the rubber feet on the screen is dented/pressed in, the other is a sharp corner. Idk if Asus's or Best Buy's quality control has issues or not. Other than that laptop's great. Besides the battery, those are minor issues. Laptop performs great for size, great screen, trackpad, speakers, keyboard and build (assuming you luckily get one with no sign of damage)

Good laptop used to play games. Plug is in odd location.

laptop is in perfectly god condition.And the delivery is not at all appreciated you did not even take the signature to confirm that you handled to right person just left it outside the door if anyone would have picked it up we dd be loosing the money.I guess it would be better if you changed delivery process at least for costly items.

The computer is very fast and the design is pretty good.

I kinda was looking for something a little more powerful. Like with a better video graphics chip and more memory, but… I got it on sale for a crazy low price, so ended up spending $1000 less than I anticipated and for that kind of discount, I can’t complain.

a really sleek laptop that’s perfect for gaming as well as my schoolwork involving video editing. the only downside is that i wish you were able to change the color of the backlighting on the keyboard, but this device isn’t compatible with that specific feature. the white lighting is nice though!

I bought a display computer tge day before Christmas Eve. When they couldn’t wipe and start it they told me it would have a full warranty and sent it in to service and it would take two weeks. I got a text to pick it up. Upon arrival they couldn’t find it. Then told me it cost too much to fix and made me take my money back. Called to speak to a manager and was put on a call back list. No one ever called. Very unhappy experience

Small but mighty! vey powerful laptop! battery life is amazing will last you a long time with just browsing and if you game this is very powerful for its price point. only downside is there is no camera which isnt a bad thing i personally never used a camera on my laptop until covid.

Awesome laptop at a great price. Great specs in a compact lightweight format. The screen, despite only being 60hz, is awesome. I likely won't be gaming on this, but I definitely could. Highly recommended if you need something small and cheap but that can still be a workhorse.

I do a lot of animation and rendering. The processor and graphics card works great. I’m personally using this as a secondary computer to another gaming computer to process a lot of animation stuff. I’ll probably end up with a render farm of computers to get projects done

Lots of power in a small 14" size. very impressive, can even handle some newer titles at 2k 60fps. Unfortunately it has no built in camera which can be a deal breaker to some. Highly recommended it you find it on sale!

Very good model, functioning smoothly. Although had some video stuttering issues in the starting, after downloading the drivers from ASUS website and fixing some other software issues it is working fine now.
