Needed a windows laptop for school and this was perfect for what my needs were plan to upgrade to the newer version this year as well

I was looking for a versatile laptop that was extremely portable with a descent battery life. I believe I have found that and more. I just retired a business laptop that I've had since 2016 and wanted something with a bit more power, but didn't need the highest end thing that currently existed. The 60 Hz 14" display is beautiful with no dead pixels and has a really nice level of brightness adjustment. I never expect the speakers on any laptop to be good, but not only are these speakers good, they can get LOUD. I couldn't hear anything on previous laptops and here comes this one that can get so loud that I don't even need the volume turned up all the way. Crystal clear and speakers on the bottom and top that sound like a high quality small BT speaker. The Dolby Atmos does the business. Impressive! The battery performs very well and lasts all day if I am just doing work and surfing. I've only played a couple of games on it with the battery for at least an hour, and I had a good chunk of the battery remaining after that. It just performs really well! There are perforations on the back of the display that would seem to indicate it supports AniMatrix, but it does not after a lot of painful research, so that was disappointing but not necessary to enjoy the laptop. I also have to add that the keyboard and trackpad are soooo nice. I tested numerous keyboards in the store before making a decision and this one felt the best. It was 50% of the decision for choosing this laptop. The casing feels very durable and I love that there are magnets in the lid to keep it secured when the laptop is closed. There is a lot to love about this computer. It's fast enough to support the basics and to handle light to almost what I would consider to be heavy (memory and GPU intense) gaming.

Had lots of issue. Software battery. Wouldnt recommend. But plays well

Overall great laptop. When playing very demanding games I feel I could fry an egg on top of it. Nevertheless, I use it mostly for work and its performance is as good as a desktop.

Item is working fine so far. It was very dirty with food stuck to it and the keys were sticky. I know it was refurbished but at least clean it off?

When I initially purchased this machine I bought it as an open box item and saved about $300 and wondered why anyone would want to return it. It came loaded with Windows 10 and I could tell the OS had been recently reloaded (I guess when they certified it, they did this). I immediately upgraded to Windows 11 a few days after getting the laptop and it ran fine for about a week. Then all of the sudden, the wifi connection died. There were no networks available, which was odd. When I checked device manager, it showed that my network card was actually not there (actually missing from the machine). I ran the troubleshooter and rebooted which seemed to fix the issue until it showed up again later the same day. I did a system restore back to Windows 10 so I could get back on the internet and troubleshoot. I did some research, ran a check on the hardware and found that the network card itself was fine. The issue was actually the Mediatek Wi-Fi adapter driver. I updated it to the latest from Mediatek wi-fi-driver (from 4/20/2022) - I got the driver from their site. I updated the driver, then upgraded again to Windows 11. And I haven't had any problems since. So it took a little work to get this laptop working, but in the end it worked out well and I am very happy with the purchase.

It's a product I wanted. Having a discount on the day I bought it positively affected my purchase decision. I am very pleased. I want to buy another one for my wife.

Awesome laptop, make sure to get it when it’s on sale. Only problem is that the memory is not exactly upgradable, only 1 slot is. Secondly there is only 1 drive slot, so it’s a bit limiting.

Ive been using it for a year now, and it still probably the best purchase ive made as an computer science student. Does everything as it should

This has been a great laptop! I run mostly cloud based apps, Office 365, and Google apps, so all light duty per se but has been great!

This is a great laptop with AMD chips and Nvidia GPU. The RAM and HDD size are good. This is a great laptop for gaming and other heavy tasks.

Great laptop with enough power to do everything I need it to, plus run all my games. Compact and light, no complaints.

It overheated pretty fast and the laptop got too hot to touch without feeling like I would get burnt. I tried playing Team Fight Tactics in the first 2 days I bought it and it crashed on me twice, which is kind of odd considering it was labeled as a gaming laptop. I can play TFT on my phone without it crashing .

Great laptop for my daughter to have for college courses

I absolutely loved this laptop. It’s just such a shame that, when I tried to upgrade my ram, I accidentally dropped something on the motherboard and fried it :(

It's a decent gaming laptop, the screen resolution is top notch. It heats up a bit on some games, overall worth the price.
