I'm able to run programs with 16 cores, and it's incredible the speed it does things with. However, the battery life is not really that great. I've tinkered a lot with the recommended settings, but have never really gotten anything over 4-5 hours of continuous usage -- even with Discrete GPU turned off (eco mode).

That is a $700 repair so at this point i might as well buy a new higher gen laptop. I wish i had paid the bit extra for a warranty. Oh well, lesson kearned.

Great all around laptop with some oomph.

My daughter is using it for college and it’s meeting her needs. The 1650 in it is good enough to run less intensive games (Sims 4 is her go to). The only caveat is that it lacks a built in camera, but that is an easy addition.

It is EXTREMELY small though and only gives you a couple hours MAX of gameplay before it gets too hot and starts skipping frames
