Really good laptop. I was retiring my old rig and needed something with better battery and processing performance. I work in a technology intense field and game a little on the side. This guy is handling hosting online resources, churning out AI-based, locally hosted tools, and running games fine. Battery life is good for something that works this hard (I can game off battery for over an hour, which is wild for the graphical processing required).

I recently picked up this laptop when it was on sale recently. It is an excellent laptop as long as you know what you're getting and do the required research. I would say that the only con is only having 8gb of VRAM. With games becoming more and more demanding, this presents some problems if you try to run things at Native high resolutions, especially 4K or want to maximize ray tracing. As long as your willing to utilize the DLSS upscaling technology and "settle" for less than 4K or ultra settings, you should be happy. To get better performance, the price gets a lot higher and I wasn't willing to pay more at this time. In the real world, this is a very capable laptop. With the inclusion of DLSS (amazing technology) I'm able to play the newest games on High/Ultra settings a 1440p easily. My personal standard is 60fps, so I've been able to maintain that on every game I've tried. The screen is excellent, and I'm loving having OLED for the first time. Contrast and black levels are much better than anything else I've ever used. The overall fit and finish is also very good. I'm primarily a Mac user and am accustomed to the premium (in my opinion) feel of Apple products. I was surprised to actually be satisfied with the build, fit and finish of this laptop. I'm usually critical of Windows computers and their designs, but don't have any complaints here. I'm not a huge fan of the RGB lighting or any of that, but I was able to shut them off so it's all good. The speakers are also excellent for a laptop, even better than my Macbook Air, which has good speakers for its class. To tie things up, don't hesitate if this fits into your requirements. I'd recommend open box or sale price though for best price to performance ratio.

Great OLED screen strong graphics card and decent processor

So far, this has been an amazing laptop for my 16-year-old son, who creates music and has produced some incredible sounds with the power of this solid, portable machine. He loves it, and we’d recommend it to anyone looking for a true portable powerhouse. It does get a bit hot when charging, but most do these days with everything they have running.

I already have a month with this laptop and I use it for everything, gaming, my engineering subjects and for entertainment. The only thing is it overheat a little bit, and the battery while gaming is very short. But everything else is amazing. I would recommend it for everyone

Excellent performance for the size of the laptop. Seems to manage heat fairly well and has an incredible OLED display that makes games look gorgeous!

Best 14inch laptop bar none. For it's size this thing is a powerhouse. I threw AAA titles such as GOW, Red Dead Redemption 2 and Street Fighter 6 at it and it handles them no problem. Only con is that it did get a bit warm after an hour or so, nothing a cooling pad couldn't solve. At the end of the day I am extremely satisfied with this purchase.

This laptop has a gorgeous screen and great performance for a laptop this size! It's perfect for anyone who wants enough power to do more demanding tasks but also values a compact, lightweight, and minimal design. It doesn't excel at either, but is very nicely balanced and a perfect fit for my needs.

Not the best gaming pc, but not bad either. If you're looking for a great all around laptop that can also dabble in gaming, this is the one. Don't let the 16gb of ram deter you. I was on the fence about it being less than 32gb, but it hasn't proven to be a problem. In some ways, wish I would have gotten the next model up (5070ti), so that I could run games at a higher resolution, but that's honestly just the ocd in me wanting things perfect. In reality, this laptop has been amazing and does exactly what I need it to for an affordable price. I had bought a couple others before this one, but returned them because of performance and just feeling cheap. I came from a MacBook. Wasn't a fan of the mac os, but the hardware feel, aesthetics, track pad were the best I have ever used. I say all that to express that this laptop is on the same level, the other two were not. I tried the Lenovo Yoga 7i 2 in 1 and the Asus Zenbook 14. Don't pass this up if you find it for one of their special deals and you're on the fence. I'm glad I didn't.

It's a nicely designed and performant device with a good display but it's unreliable and loud.

So far very happy with product, bought it for college and to be able to game on the go. It fits all my needs amazingly both for school and gaming, it’s clean interface and built in copilot help with all the work i need to do. and the amd 9 and nvidia 5060 is more than enough for all games including harder ones such as black ops 6

Premium build and display quality, amazing performance in a small footprint, and amazing battery life while still maintaining respectable performance. Also shockingly high quality audio from the built-in speakers. Solid purchase, all around.

it is really good product overall. it gets hot under the load. screen is one of the best on the market. buy it on a deep sale for under 1k and keep for a year or two

Its a ok laptop. Its good light feels nice. Its everything i want in a modern laptop. If I can only get this without the GPU. Loud and hot. I only grabbed this because of everything it has to offer other than the gpu. Wouldve been nicer without as no competition for this type of build quality on a non arm laptop

I bought this laptop to come along with me to university. I needed something with enough power to game in my free time, but also be able to keep up with my workload. I am happy to say it can do both! I have adored using this laptop over the last 3 months. Whether playing Persona 3: Reload or using Unreal Engine to create a game for school, it can easily keep up with me. Something to keep in mind is that there was recently an issue with the firmware uncovered that leads to some stuttering, but there is a firmware patch in the works (hopefully).

I’ve been using the ASUS ROG G14 for two weeks and I’m very happy with it. It’s incredibly light and easy to carry, but still delivers great performance for both work and gaming. Fast, sleek, and efficient — exactly what I was looking for.

Got the laptop $450 off to use at university and for gaming, for the price its overall a Great laptop thats fast,build quality feels premium, display is pretty good and laptop looks aesthetic. Did have a few issues where i would randomly get blue screen relating to the gpu when i first got it, i thought it was an issue with the hardware, but it was just nvidia drivers and i went to asus website and saw its a known issue with the latest nvidia drivers and asus had a repaired build of the previous version lf drivers so after installing the issue was gone. Using ghelper and disabling the gpu i found Battery life can be about 6-7 hours on light use with dim display. I find that pretty low as display was on dimmest, but overall i think its still a amazing laptop for the price i got it for.

Very fast and powerful while still being lightweight. Only complaint is that it’s really hot

Pros: - Beautiful screen - Lightweight - Excellent battery life when not gaming. - Good resources for most computer tasks. Cons: - Gets hot easily. I won’t blame Asus for this because every laptop I've ever owned overheats easily. - Can’t upgrade the memory. I probably should have gotten the 32GB version, but my lack of research is not Asus’s fault. - Driver issues. I'm not sure if it’s just me, but I've had to troubleshoot several driver issues. It could be Asus, or AMD, or Microsoft, but I’ve had to troubleshoot more than usual. The Chat AI bots say it’s because the laptop is so new that all the drivers haven’t been worked out. -I'm taking off one star for Asus's Armoury Crate. I should not have to use such a bloated program just to turn off the rainbow bright lights on this laptop. It can overwrite other Windows settings, so you have to make sure to change it to "Operating Mode: Windows" for both battery and plugged in, or else you might get confused when you change a setting in Windows and A.C. overwrites it. But, overall it's a very good laptop.
