    It has a few issues. 1. it gets HOT 2. Screen flicker (random bars popping up is distracting) 3. Battery life is sub par (even when completely activating every battery save function) 4. If you don't know computers STAY AWAY mine would boot into bios every time it started took away too much time to actually be usable... Bought an expensive laptop to avoid issues and have a faster experience, but this device is plagued with them and has just not performed as expected.

      We do understand your disappointment with this laptop and the inconvenience this may have caused if you are experiencing multiple issues. Regarding your concern about thermal issues. It is normal for laptops, with the same hardware configuration and regardless of the manufacturer, to generate more heat than normal while under heavy load especially during gaming and Windows update installations. When system resource utilization is high, this will generate more heat than normal and tends to trigger the fan to spin at full throttle. Please ensure the air ventilations are free from obstructions to have efficient air flow for better heat dissipation. While gaming, please ensure no resource hungry applications are running in the background, this will spike the temperature. The heat or temperature does decrease or normalizes once system resource utilization goes down. To resolve the screen flicker and other issues, ensure Windows, drivers, BIOS and the Armoury Crate utility software are up to date. Updates for the device are posted at:  https://rog.asus.com/laptops/rog-zephyrus/rog-zephyrus-g14-2025/helpdesk_download/. Configure the game video and performance mode settings inside the Armoury Crate utility, not to exceed the game's threshold. Additionally, if you are playing these games online, ensure this laptop has access to an established router and internet service is working properly since this will definitely affect system stability and performance.     The right side USB-C port is now working. The screen flickers often. Eyes pain watching the screen for just ten minutes.

    It’s good for my school and gaming use, but has a weird bug where the whole screen stays black but can still hear the audio. When pressing the power button it wouldn’t go to sleep so you have to do a force start to fix the problem. At the price point as of now I wouldn’t recommend buying it

    I bought a excellent open box. It worked fine when i just got it. But it will automatically reboot everytime when i wake it up. At the most of time it would stuck on the loading phase of rebooting.

    Poor performance. I bought it brand new in the box and had to replace it because of a blue screen. The laptop runs hotter than usual. It's also impossible to upgrade to RAM.

    Worst laptop keeps crashing

    I have used asus laptops in the past , but haven’t had any issues . I got this as a gift for my partner for birthday, but this laptop kept crashing and rebooting redirecting to bitlocker and doesn’t work even if I put the code . I see there are other people having the same issues . This was one of the worst experiences with asks and I’m never getting another asus laptop in my life . Worst part is I got the laptop on sale and I thought maybe I could try another one instead maybe it wouldn’t have any issues but the laptop increased in price and they won’t replace it with a new one since the price has changed . I now lost other potential laptops that I could have bought and got a good deal and reliability. Please don’t buy this and save yourself from being frustrated.

    Unless you plan to use it for anything other than browsing, do not buy this laptop. This one is a height of slowness. I should have spent $150 more to get a better versatile laptop.

    Computer dies fast and becomes super slow within hours. Only downloaded a few games. Computer also gets so hot it could burn your legs. Otherwise screen quality was great
