    Returned it a few days later. The product is good but soldered ram, random boots, and there is lack of quality control. First return was due to the chassis was not alligned and warped and second replacement was even worse with random boots. There are much better options out there and their customer service is not the best. If you are considering this laptop, do yourself a favor and do a quick google search.

    This is a nicely spec’d machine that has plenty of speed and I came away impressed with the performance. Beyond that though, I like the size, weight, and form factor, especially given that performance. Further, it is well-built, and I love the look. While I still would probably prefer a totally matte black version, the white has a very clean and modern look, which I think is fantastic….which I typically don’t think about white hardware. While on some level, I may think the RTX 5060 is main draw here, I have to say I really think it is the display. The OLED panel simply looks beautiful. It produces a clean image, with bright, vivid, and accurate colors. The blacks are inky, and noticeable. Text is sharp. Nice resolution, as well as refresh rate, and tight, tight bezels. As a whole, it is a wonderful panel, and more simply, just a really nice screen to look at. The rest of the hardware, the aforementioned RTX 5060 included, is solid across the board. The CPU, while not the most powerful, has plenty enough power to more or less handle what you throw at it, as does the GPU as long as you understand the hardware you are getting. It is nice to see a 1TB SSD here, although I still long for 2TB to become the norm. That said, I doreally think they missed on the lack of 32Gb of RAM. The included soldered 16GB is plenty fast, and truly, probably good for just about everything, but for a machine in this place in the market, I would have loved to see 32GB. It would just be nice to have a little play and futureproofing for a machine I will likely use for several years. At the very least, allow for expansion down the road. Connectivity is up to date and great, as is the port selection. I imagine most everyone will be covered and pleased here. I am not really a fan of the power brick, but it is just kind of the reality with powerful machines these days. I do really like the keyboard. Travel is nice, as is the spacing, and it just “feels good” to use. The backlighting (and RBG, which normally isn’t my thing) works well. All of that said, this is clearly a “me” thing, and I understand this is a gaming laptop, but I just don’t like the gamery font they used. Honestly, really any of the gamery fonts any of the companies use. I guess I am boring, but just give me a clean, plain, normal font please. Personal preference for sure, but just something to note. As for performance, I could not be happier. Everything, from games to all of the every day is quick, snappy, and runs smoothly. Nice frame rates and zero issues gaming. Photo/video editing, data crunching, office stuff, general life stuff, and even my Chrome tab “problem” is, well not a problem. I am sure some may push it, and with the RAM, may hit some slight issues, but I don’t think it would be a concern for most. In the end, I think this is a fantastic machine, and I really do like it…even in white. I love the size, it’s well-built, powerful, up to date, and despite wanting more in a place or two, well spec’d. I think it would work very well for many, gamers sure, but that screen (and more) also makes it a pleasure to use for everyday needs. It is definitely worth a look.

    The laptop seemed excellent when I purchased it, but now a month later, and suspiciously past the return time the computer is now crashing randomly due to possibly the graphics card. I can't return it, and it crashes at random and sometimes important times. Pretty frustrating.

    Computer with a dent case sold as in perfect condi

    I purchased this laptop as an open box. I did so because it was a hot selling unit, and it stated that it was in perfect condition. The aluminum case made it hard to see at first because they gave it to me in a Best Buy box, but when I finally got it home, I noticed that there was a dent in the top of the case. Best Buy sold this as a perfect item that had only been used lightly, but then sold it as being in perfect condition at the price of a product that they considered to be in perfect condition, but yet it had a debit and a dent in the case Best Buy has made no contact with me and is giving me no explanation as to why they would sell something as perfect when it clearly was not.

    Wi-Fi does not work

    Wi-Fi does not work. What good is a laptop that cannot connect to a Wi-Fi network? I know the network SSID works because I am connected to it on other devices. I know I entered the password correctly because Windows is able to connect to the network, but then reports "no internet". I even adjusted the adapter to use the exact 802.11 mode of the network, but it still doesn't work. $1500 paperweight.

    DON'T BUY- Google issues with ROG ZEPHYRUS laptops

    So far my new Asus ROG Zephyrus G14 has far exceeded my expectations! I liked that it was only 14" so that I could take it with me everywhere, but the performance is very impressive. First off, the display is brilliant. I almost did not get this laptop due to the lack of a touch screen. I personally feel that a 14" or smaller laptop should be touch screen, but you don't always get the best resolution with touch screens. This 14" display is the best I have on a laptop. It is an OLED display with a super sharp brilliant picture. I have enjoyed every minute of content on this display. The speed of this laptop is blazing fast. The Ryzen processor is perfectly matched for anything you can throw at it. It has handled every game in my library with ease and no issues. The 1tb hard drive is perfect for your basic needs. Most of my laptops are 512gb and I am not able to download all the games I want. This laptop makes adding games very easy. The RTX 5060 processor is handling all of my gaming with no issues. The games are running smooth and I can even monitor performance with the Nvidia app installed. It has not overheated either. My only issue, if I had to pick one, would be the size of the touch pad. It is very large and makes typing a little tricky. You can have some inadvertent mouse clicks due to it. Overall, I can easily say that this gaming laptop will be perfect for anyone who wants to conveniently take their gaming around with them with peak performance.
