I’ve been using the ASUS ROG Zephyrus G14 for a while, and overall it’s one of the best balance laptops I’ve come across. The 14-inch size makes it super portable, but it still packs a punch with great CPU/GPU performance for gaming and creative work. The display is sharp, colors are vibrant, and the 120Hz refresh rate makes everything smooth. Build quality feels premium too — slim, light, and easy to carry without looking overly “gamer-ish.” That said, there are a few trade-offs. The GPU isn’t running at full power like bigger gaming laptops, so while performance is strong, you won’t always hit the same frame rates as bulkier machines. Under heavy load the fans get loud, and the laptop can heat up, especially around the keyboard. Battery life is solid for everyday use (around 6–7 hours for browsing and work), but gaming off-battery drains it quickly. Also, you don’t get a lot of upgrade flexibility — RAM is mostly fixed, so it’s important to buy the spec you’ll need long term. If you want a laptop that blends portability, performance, and style, the Zephyrus G14 is an excellent choice. It’s perfect for people who travel, game, or do creative work on the go. But if you’re chasing maximum GPU power or all-day unplugged gaming, you’ll probably want a larger system.

Great laptop! Build quality is solid and the oled screen is pretty incredible. Only downside is the soldered 16GB of ram but everything else has been top notch.

I bought this laptop as a replacement for the laptop that I've been using for about 7 years now. This laptop is amazing! My standards are low but even then, this blows my mind at how amazing it is for the price. I use this daily mostly for work, however I have finally been able to attach multiple screens and run several applications at the same time. My one and only complaint would be the size of the screen, however, it was a choice between this laptop and spending $200 more for a slightly worse laptop on the same line. Overall very very happy with this purchase!

This laptop is very powerful for being so small, I was able to push Star Citizen on native resolution and the highest settings with zero issues. The thing that surprised me is that this gets dramatically better battery life with no issue of thermal throttle that its bigger brother the 2024 G16 does.

Amazing computer, customized to disable cpu boost on battery and it's basically a macbook replacement for a school and media as well as a great gaming device when plugged in. Battery life around 6-7 hours for school work. 16gb of ram pretty full most the time, wish there was a 32gb version

bought this as a frequent flyer. adjusting some settings allow you to play some games for an hour up to 4 hours depending on the game load. easily became my everyday laptop.

Needed a smaller laptop. Got this ROG G14 and it hangs with my desktop, crazy good graphics and speeds....keeps up with games i would think it could.

In my own opinion this has been such a amazing laptop and from someone who used to hate gaming laptops i am amazed. Yes the cost is heafty, but for the tech and light build its amazing. Only cons would be heating but its such a thin laptop you can expect a cold laptop. Besides that its amazing and would for sure recommend.

Orginally, i was suspicous because of horror open box storiues that i have read about or seen but i was willing to give it a try and let me tell you that I am very impressed with the "good" condition of this open box laptop. As a display unit, i was almost never put to strain because a little load on the battery and screen but the screen was at perfect condition and so was the battery. Works likle brand new!!!

I've had this computer for about three weeks, and so far, I haven’t encountered any issues. It runs all my games smoothly, though it does get a bit hot when playing demanding titles like GTA—something to be expected from a compact laptop. Overall, it's a great device, and I would recommend it to others.

Awesome speed great graphics can pretty much run halo at the max graphics runs smooth it does get hot but don’t overheat and shut down its small but perfect for what I need have to keep it plugged in when gaming for power consumption but just basic tasks and playing games like solitaire battery lasts a few hours

LOVE the G14. It’s slim, portable, and capable. I’m easily playing BG3 at over 70fps at the full 3k resolution on high setting which is wild with its small chassis.

Have used this thing for a number of months now, at the point where I think I can make a fair judgement. No argument, this is the absolute best laptop I've ever had. Have yet to come across a more potent all rounder before or since. Incredibly versatile, excellent hybrid machine for taking to work then using at home. Lightweight. Very well built. "Windows MacBook" is an apt description. Cannot recommend enough, if can be found for reasonable price.

The highlight of this laptop is the screen. The OLED display is extremely bright and vibrant. The processor and RTX 4060 are enough for light gaming but I wouldn't recommend it for graphics intense games. I love the laptop for online shopping, watching Youtube/videos, and just browsing in general because of the OLED display. As long as you aren't gaming, the battery life does well enough, I can't say its anything fantastic but that is just how must gaming laptops are. I got this on sale for $500 off. Full price at $1600 might not be as good as a buy, recommend to wait for it to go on sale but don't hesitate if it is on sale!

My first laptop, but I really like it. The screen is beautiful, everything looks vivid and smooth. The speakers are really loud and sound great. I would recommend this to anyone shopping for a laptop. The only complaint i would have is that it can get kinda hot sometimes.

Great lap top and great service all around! Bought an open box model and it was immaculate. Pc runs anything you throw at it on the highest of settings. Being a slimmer laptop, it does get pretty warm. Its nothing that affects the usability of the decice though. Overall very pleased with the purchase!

I'm writing this review because I stumbled upon this laptop while looking for one and decided to buy it. What stood out most is the back slash light which is awesome looking, sleek and smooth design, and the OLED screen. At full brightness, it's perfect; every bright color shows. However, this depends on it being plugged in for full performance and super-bright mode. Without it, it's still bright. I love everything about this laptop, but one con is that the RAM isn't upgradable.

Great visuals and stunning performance. Fans can get a bit loud under heavy load but otherwise makes little to no noise. Build quality is great as well and does not feel flimsy at all.

The PC in general seems to me to be a great product, the weight, size and screen are excellent, but what I don't like is that the keys get dirty quickly and look horrible and it gets hot when it is charging and after a while it becomes cumbersome to be able to work like that. I would have liked to buy the black PC.

Good build, best screen and speaker in any windows laptop, But it runs hot, or loud or sometimes both, have small issues with slash lighting, keyboard lighting etc, Not worth it from a mac and windows desktop user , can’t replace the combo I have right now
