You can't buy an extended warranty from Asus. They force you to purchase the useless Geek Squad warranty. The laptop gets super hot and shuts down two weeks after purchase. Garbage the laptop and whole process.

*BUYER BEWARE* DO NOT BUY THIS PIECE OF JUNK

Go with literally anybody else. I paid $2300 for this laptop and it is not even 3 months old and I cannot tell you how many times I have had to open task manager because programs and games keep crashing on me. My 2017 HP Pavilion can run Cura better then this trash. Asus is giving me the runaround, absolutely no help. Oh so once your cheap computer breaks down in 3 months you just let the customer go? I have been needing a new laptop for years now and I cannot even put into words my disappointment from Asus being a first time customer. I cannot wait to sell this piece of junk and get another brand. I cannot emphasize enough, do NOT EVER buy ANY Asus products. Save your money and stress. Asus sells overpriced crap and let's it break down juust past their warranty so you can't do anything about it. And if anyone says I'm overreacting, how would you feel if you spent $2300 on anything only for that item to give up on you in 3 MONTHS.
