This little power house is what I would like to consider the best of both worlds. Small form factor without sacrificing too much in performance category. I will say it is under 4 lbs but since it's a metal construction it still is solid. Only hiccup I ran into was that the anime matrix lid was not responding to any changes, I had to uninstall armory crate and re-install it. Afterwards it did function as intended. The computer comes with windows 10 and when you set it up it offers a free windows 11 upgrade. I took the upgrade and downloaded all of the updates and it felt as though the volume of the device went down after upgrading to windows 11. I opened the dolby atmos app and clicked on a sound profile which made it louder. Not sure if this is a bug or if dolby is required to be ran in order to get full volume.

It was an awesome laptop(built so beautifully!), but with an annoying defect. I’ve found many other people who had the same problem on forums. It does not go to sleep properly in most cases when I.. A. Close the lid. B. Click the Go to sleep option. I had no problem with sleep function with my previous laptop from Asus. I found my laptop burning in my bag multiple times.

Quite a good laptop; the one gigabyte of storage in the specifications is a typo, it does have one terabyte. Sturdily built, great design, good keyboard, and a nice screen, and the internals can speak for themselves.

Extremely capable 14" 1440P/120Hz gaming laptop. Runs games like Fortnite at a solid 75FPS on max settings with DLSS Performance enable.

Extremely fast, great graphics in a small package.

Purchased this computer in December 2021. In terms of specs and performance, I had no complaints. Quality, however, has some serious problems. 1. It took 3 different attempts at programming my fingerprint for it to actually work, and then it only had a 50% success rate. 2. The wireless card had problems from the beginning. By June of 2022, it had completely ceased to function. I took it back to Best Buy (where I had a great experience) and they shipped out a replacement to me. 3. I used the replacement for 6 weeks, and experienced multiple failures of the wireless card. No fixes worked, until it, too, ceased to function. At which point, I returned the computer, to learn they have at least 1 Asus ROG computer returned or turned in for repair per week, and the quality of the product lacks. 4. The computer would not shut down when I shut the lid, regardless of how many times I checked or changed the settings. 5. In the market for a new computer. Again.

The laptop is fast and well designed, it is advertised that you can charge it via USB-C, but that it is not true, you have to use the power brick that comes with the laptop, only USB-C charging is just marketing

The product works perfectly!! It is a nice and light design.

This laptop is amazing! An insane battery life and very good cooling, as well as the top Ryzen processor, an NVIDIA 3060 GPU, and 32GB of RAM in DUAL CHANNEL make this computer an absolute beast. There are a few minor issues that are easily resolvable, mainly the computer starts with full brightness (which dramatically drains battery life, just turn it down to a more reasonable level and you'll get the full 11hrs.), and after the most recent Windows update the drivers for the fingerprint scanner were outdated and inoperable, but updating it in settings took care of that problem. There was one more thing that surprised me when I first turned the computer on: it comes with the AniMe LED Matrix installed, even though it isn't listed as having it. This was a very pleasant surprise, well done ASUS. Is it worth the $2000 price tag? Yes, the processor-RAM combination means that you can do pretty much anything for work, as well as the 3060GPU making it possible to play any game on the market with ease. Also 1TB SSD is always nice.
