Has been an excellent laptop this far. I've used it for work and gaming. I've been able to run the latest games like starfield and baldrs gate 3 on ultra settings. Looks really sleek and is great to use.

This is honestly an amazing piece of hardware. It runs everything smoothly. My only gripe would be the battery life but other than that, this things a beast!

Specs are good for the price. Although Intel uses a higher TDP the battery life is great for gaming. The fans are a little loud but thats a good thing, feel the heat coming out of this thing and the intakes next to the keyboard make it feel like a cool breeze over your hands on a ong play session. Display is bright and vibrant. Keyboard makes a nice clicky, clicky noise like a mechinical one. The rgb isn't too over the top and is very easily customized within the included aoftware

Runs games pretty well, speakers are not great. The biggest drawback for this is that the fans are very loud when gaming and the area around the keyboard gets quite hot to the touch. I got this on sale as an open box for 850$ and it feels like a good value at that price. I would have been disappointed if I payed more.

This laptop has performed really well for me. Overall I had one minor hiccup on the first model where there was a problem with the graphics. It kept flashing and I tried pretty much everything and luckily I was still able to return it and got the same model again and ever since that I’ve had this model and it’s been working perfectly fine. I would say it’s a very good laptop for the price that I paid. The only thing that I wish would be different is that it would be a higher quality display like 1440P and it would have 240 Hz refresh rate, but that’s just me being picky.

Pros: fast speed laptop. Display gets fairly bright. Battery life is great if you optimize your laptop (aka clean wipe + ghelper instead of armory crate. Advance optimus is nice too. I am getting about 8 to 9 hours if my discharge rate is around 7-9W. Speakers are actually really impressive for a laptop. 2 NVME slots and one ram upgradable slot. Cons: laptop scratches easily. Only FHD+ not QHD which is an unusual omission since the G14 has QHD. DDR4 memory instead of DDR5 but it probably makes no differencce.

Great laptop! Great performance in such thin device. Undoubtedly best choice in this price category.

I purchased this notebook to replace my older asus that could not longer handle Photshop and Lightroom. It has made a big differenct in downloading my photos from the sd card. The notebook handles the most recent Photoshop and Lightroom releases. I am getting used to using a USB C to USB hub with a separate usb to c card reader. I am happy with this purchase and can recommend for someone who just uses this to process photos, use the internet, and for just every day tasks.

Solid laptop with great performance ,had it open-box, the only problem that i when i bought it it was supposed to be in excellent condition but after i took it found out it was labeled good condition instead of execllent and they weren't able to return back the price difference so i returned it ,but the performance was great

Runs most games well, 60+fps. Never had any issues besides trying to run vr. Struggles with VR

For a 16" gaming laptop, this machine feels incredibly portable. It's not just the nice weight and size, the solid build quality and soft edges make it feel great picking it up and moving it around. And feels good in the lap--and cool (not while gaming of course!). This machine is excellent for productivity. Great screen. Fantastic keyboard for typing. The touchpad works flawlessly, and it has a great 'click' to the button. For gaming, it's great too, of course. I would definitely upgrade to 32 GB RAM. It runs surprisingly well with 16, but that's just silly.

The only drawback I can find is the battery life, considering it should be plugged in for any extensive tasks not really a dealbreaker. Works fine on battery for normal non gaming tasks, just cannot run the gpu and cpu on full throttle and expect it to last for multiple hours. Otherwise the cooling is great, fan noise is dependent on your task and everything functions exceptionally. Thanks asus for the much needed upgrade.

So i recently bought this through open box and don't get me wrong it is a well worth it laptop and i love it for its look, performance and all but the reason why i gave it 3 stars is because there are moments where the system just locks up and other moments where it just gives me a blue screen of death and despite all troubleshooting efforts of making sure everything is up to date, re-installing windows, reinstalling drivers, trying different nvme drives for both the os and storage, and every possible trouble shooting effort i would always either get a system lock up or a blue screen of death. One other thing i would also like to add and i find it quite odd that some keys on the keyboard are simple to press while others feel like i need a brick to press down on the key. I would still recommend the system regardless because despite the hiccups it does perform quite well, but I would still watch it as well as to fully inspect it for any defects.
