This is the third time I've tried to buy and keep this machine. It is powerful, has great battery life, and looks sleek and professional. Unfortunately, there is a quality control issue. Two of them had loose mouse pads. The third one was a lot less loose but I was willing to accept that. However, after a week or so there were vertical lines on the display, especially at low brightness.
Also, the power connector on the side feels loose. Overall the quality of the parts is good. But the way it's all put together is poor quality.

Great light weight gaming laptop. Does get a little warm gaming on higher settings but not as warm as previous laptop.

Great compared to the G16 2024 rtx 4090 version, runs about the same and is significantly cheaper and this laptop feels more well rounded compared to the 2024 g16 models. However, I have had some issues with alt tabing causing a white flash on screen.

I have had this computer only about 1 1/2 and yesterday I was working on it for only about the 4 time since I bought it and it said it needed to reboot after updates. It rebooted twice then went into a preparing automatic repair mode and and flashed a couple of rectangles across the screen then said it was diagnosing the PC. After that it said it was connecting to network and said it could not find it even after I chose mine and put in the password. It said it will try again in 30 minutes and this happened multiple times without resolve. I finally just turned it off and tried one more time without any resolution. Not happy with a $2600 computer that lookedd so promising. Beautiful screen and fast. Guess I will take it back and see what they tell me.
Top of the line computer should not be acting like this.
We do understand your disappointment and the inconvenience this may have caused if this laptop will not boot up or it's just black screen after a system restart. To resolve this, please do the following. Try to do a power cycle by pressing and holding down the power button to shut it down completely, then power on. If it powers on but stays on black screen after at least 10 minutes, repeat the power cycle process again. If the laptop is applying updates in the System Registry, it will black screen temporarily until the update is applied successfully. Additionally, Try to disconnect the power cable and let the unit drain for 24 hours to clear the memory. This will reset the hardware to default settings. After doing this, please reconnect your AC adapter, do not power on the laptop until the battery is charged. Love this laptop. It’s powerful and lets me play all modern games. However, it does crash for some unknown reasons. If they could fix it it’d be the perfect laptop.
