Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had bought a lenovo legion pro 7i with and rtx 5080 and that was very powerful yet very heavy to move around so I found this laptop which was less powerful yet much more portable and once I started using it the lower power did not seem that significant, instead what was more significant was the work efficiency moving around and the great battery life. 5/5

I've been a user of the Zephyrus line since they had the 1070 in their laptops, and without a doubt, they are still the best. This generation is thinner, more powerful, and the screen is simply incredible. I think the only downside is that I would have preferred Ryzen over Intel. If you like what the Zephyrus line has to offer, you'll definitely love it. However, it should be noted that you can't have everything in a laptop this thin, and if you want portability, you're going to have to sacrifice some aspects such as enormous performance and battery life, even though it's still too powerful.

Build quality is nice, screen is beautiful, I dont know if I love the keyboard...could be better, but other than that its goo

It's fantastic and everything that he'll need for his engineering classes. The graphics are awesome and the speed is fast as well. He did try some of his games on it and those performed to his liking too so it's a win win all around. The only problem is that he now has a much better laptop than his parents...

I havent played anything that pushes the hardware to the max. Playing games like powerwash simulator, the chassis does not even get hot. Very happy with it.

The 285H doesn't appear to be any faster on any workload. Still slow. For gaming, i don't think you need much more. It is slightly heavier than previous year with the 4090. Laptop is extremely portable. Speakers are AMAZING. WIFI is good with no stuttering on the whole system itself.

If you’re willing to look past those things is a well rounded machine it works well for me with gaming, college, art, and coding.

Graphic card 5070 Issues

However, just as the other comments, the NVIDIA 5070 is defective. Computer crashed multiple times with a rendering software (Twinmotion) can’t even install the latest version of the software, leading to a crash and a blue screen a WATCHDOG VIOLATION error. Also it crashed when opening a game from Xbox Or PC. All fingers pointed to NVIDIA defective cards and missing ROPs which they claimed it affected the 0.5% of the 5000 series cards. I returned the laptop and wating for a replacement which I’ll be getting in 2 days. If the problem persist then I’ll return again and get a different laptop.
