Was nice and light and was very customizable. Although it was a great laptop, on a random school morning I went to turn in on and it completely stopped working. Screen would glitch off before turning on and the laptop would just shut off. I returned it before I REALLY got a good chance to use it, but for the little time I had it it was a good laptop

Best Buy Geek Squad evaluated the repair cost, which was nearly the same as the price of a new laptop ($1,700). However, the store manager, Jesse, and Damian kindly and professionally assisted me in purchasing this laptop. I truly appreciate their help.

People said about heating issues but is seem to be fine you use it in charging. It is also light weight I think it is best pc in this segment at this price

I been using this to play games such as minecraft, league of legends, and marvel rivals. I average 150+ fps on marvel rivals and minecraft. 500-1000fps with lunar client. fps is around 150-300 on league of legends. Not too many issues, if there were some id google it to fix it. Overall great experience as my first ever gaming laptop.

Pretty solid and the casing/design is stunning. About the same some as my MacBook Pro 13. Recommend to use it when plug with power, it unleashed its true power.

Does get very hot if not used on proper surface. Does have to stay plugged in while gaming with it. If surfing the web, lasts hours. Quality is excellent.

ASUS ROG ZEPHYRUS G16

But before buying keep in mind that this laptop only has 16GB of RAM & GPU of RTX 2070! RAM is not upgradable cause its bounded and soldered on the motherboard! Know your needs before buying!!!
