For the price, I think this is a great laptop. The only things that could make it better is if you could expand the memory, and if it could have better cooling. It cools well for being a slim laptop, but the fans are really loud and I've had bigger laptops with better airflow.

I bought this laptop Open Box-Excellent a year ago. Initially, it was quite finicky, likely due to the previous owner's usage. The fan stopped working within a month and had to be sent out for repairs. When it came back, it felt like new and was one of the best laptops I'd ever owned. Unfortunately, that only lasted two months before it failed again when I returned to school. I recently got a refund and decided to go for the AMD CPU model with a 5070. The 16GB RAM with a 4070 and 244Hz was overkill without sufficient memory—you really need at least 32GB for an Intel CPU. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it. I have moved on to the older but younger brother, 2025 G14 120hz RTX5070

It is a great product. I have been using it from last 3 weeks. People said about heating issues but is seem to be fine you use it in charging. It is also light weight I think it is best pc in this segment at this price

I bought this because my old HP gave up the ghost and I wanted to try a new brand. So far, it seems to work. I am not a gamer, but I liked that it had the Intel Core Ultra 9 in it. It works for what I need it for. From what I have read on some reviews, it states that it gets hot, but they are gaming on the laptop. Since I do not game, it has not gotten hot for the couple of hours I use it for online college work and for my office work.

Purchase this laptop for working. Pretty solid and the casing/design is stunning. About the same some as my MacBook Pro 13. Recommend to use it when plug with power, it unleashed its true power.

Works wells not much complain and if i had one it would be to overheating issue but a part from it works the way i imagined it to work

So far the laptop has performed well. Does get very hot if not used on proper surface. Does have to stay plugged in while gaming with it. If surfing the web, lasts hours. Quality is excellent.

I bought this about a year ago and I am very happy with my buy it can handle any game I want on it and unlike other gaming laptops it is not bulky or too thick. It is easy to carry around

I use this for everything. The design isn't over the top like a lot of gaming laptops, so I can take it places and don't have to worry about what type of environment I'm in.
