People said about heating issues but is seem to be fine you use it in charging. It is also light weight I think it is best pc in this segment at this price

When I bought hers, i paid about 60% of what I paid for this one. ASE performs poorly, but tolerably on the lowest settings. Comparitively, the other laptop performs good on medium settings. For work and heavy processing, this laptop seems to perform very well, but its graphics capablity is only ok at best.

Best Buy Geek Squad evaluated the repair cost, which was nearly the same as the price of a new laptop ($1,700). However, the store manager, Jesse, and Damian kindly and professionally assisted me in purchasing this laptop. I truly appreciate their help.

But before buying keep in mind that this laptop only has 16GB of RAM & GPU of RTX 2070! RAM is not upgradable cause its bounded and soldered on the motherboard! Know your needs before buying!!!

Does get very hot if not used on proper surface. Does have to stay plugged in while gaming with it. If surfing the web, lasts hours. Quality is excellent.

This one has been the best I’ve seen for the price in a very long time. Exceptional for gaming and daily tasks as well. Amazing Wi-Fi card built in as well for great connectivity and low latency. One of the best intel CPU’s out there for laptops. Good RTX in there so you can’t go wrong. Down side is where most people look for so here are a few. Number one, the heating. The lap top does get hot because if you think about it, “more power” = “more heat”. It’s the name of the game, if you are looking for a powerful and fast computer then it’s going to come with some heat to it. ASUS is know for the slim aesthetic so that causes problems with space for cooling systems. The fans are good(not great) so I would recommend getting cooling pads for more airflow and to keep temps down on the CPU & GPU. Other then that, I would be giving this lap top a 4.5 Stars for one of the best laptops of 2024.
