The first one I purchased, it was loose and kept rattling every time I tried clicking. I returned it and got another one which was tolerable but still loose compared to the demo model in store and previous model years of the ROG Zephyrus. Definitely make sure you do not hesitate to return the product if something doesn’t feel right, because getting a product with good built quality is a matter of luck with this model.

Needs a better cooling system

Idling at ~50°C doesn't leave much to be desired when gaming hits ~85°C to 90°C. Also found out there's no way to upgrade the RAM.

If you’re a MacBook lover but need windows, this product bridges the gap without the Razer tax. My gripe with this product is that there’s no option for 32gb of ram.

He loves the computer but it seems to heat up so he bought cooling a fan that the laptop sits on to keep it cool. So far he likes all of the functionality of the laptop and looks forward to having it for a long time to come.

The keypad is just the right size for my hands. The graphics are stunning especially with high-end photographs. I haven't used it for gaming yet but for everything else it is great.

Not bad, but has its flaws

The biggest flaw with this laptop is the 16gb of soldered ram. There was also issues with the trackpad that required multiple exchanges until the right one was found. All in all this ended up getting returned. I solid probably wait for the newer g16 that’s about to release with the new ryzen processor.

Had mouse drift and the fans were super loud, not with the Asus super quiet fans works as i would expect a 2k laptop to perform. Would buy again for sure but i know i wont have to because this thing is going to last for awhile.
