Avoid at all COSTS!

Makes Razer look amazing. From the touchpad continuously not working when I reboot the system. From the POWER issues of the device just completely turning off for no reason, to the device literally wiping itself because of user profile errors. From the momen I got this $1500 device it's been a piece of garbage. Makes me disappointed because every other thing I've bought from Asus has been great. I'll be going back to a Razer stealth blade next time or maybe try MSI.

ASUS is an ISO certified company, as a result, all products go into a strict quality manufacturing standard. All ASUS products undergo intensive quality control testing and inspections that ensure each one is trouble-free. These issues are random and to resolve this, ensure Windows, drivers and BIOS are up to date. If these were performed to no avails, please try to perform a Cloud Recovery and install all updates after a successful recovery. For helpful tips on how to run a Cloud Recovery, visit ASUS Product Support page:  https://www.asus.com/support/faq/1048106/ . If problems persist after initiating these steps, we recommend you send the product in for service to determine if this is a hardware issue so this may be resolved immediately. Major Cooling Issue

Whne running simple to complex programs the outside of the computer could reach burning/ extremly uncomfortable levels. Returned this computer very quickly. A hot running computer also leads to battery life also being terrible. Everyone buying this computer please find a different option.

You cannot play even the smallest size game without it getting to 85-90*F. This specific model lacks a “vapor cooling chamber”, that the more expensive models do not, therefore if you think this is a great $ value, you are missing this essential information. After multiple weeks of use, this is the blatant common deciding factor in which this is a return 9/10 times, have tried 2 models same thing, dont buy, save your energy :)
