Very sluggish

I might have grabbed a defective one. Just felt really sluggish for a brand-new laptop. Very slow and if you had few apps open it would give me a black screen a crash. So, I took it back and grad something else.

Avoid at all COSTS!

Makes Razer look amazing. From the touchpad continuously not working when I reboot the system. From the POWER issues of the device just completely turning off for no reason, to the device literally wiping itself because of user profile errors. From the momen I got this $1500 device it's been a piece of garbage. Makes me disappointed because every other thing I've bought from Asus has been great. I'll be going back to a Razer stealth blade next time or maybe try MSI.

ASUS is an ISO certified company, as a result, all products go into a strict quality manufacturing standard. All ASUS products undergo intensive quality control testing and inspections that ensure each one is trouble-free. These issues are random and to resolve this, ensure Windows, drivers and BIOS are up to date. If these were performed to no avails, please try to perform a Cloud Recovery and install all updates after a successful recovery. For helpful tips on how to run a Cloud Recovery, visit ASUS Product Support page:  https://www.asus.com/support/faq/1048106/ . If problems persist after initiating these steps, we recommend you send the product in for service to determine if this is a hardware issue so this may be resolved immediately. I know that asus has high reviews but I got a desktop pc a couple years ago and two fans didn’t work and then I got this laptop and the OS corrupted.

Kept Crashing

TERRIBLE

No abuse, sitting on llano laptop gaming cooler paid over 100$ for. Display stopped working and no way to fix. Bought April 2025, dead Septermber 2025. I usually have gaming laptops flr 4 to 5 years, went through 3 since 2012. This is the absolute worst experience ive had. The keyboard still flashes as if it wants to work. But zero display, useless.

We do understand your disappointment with this laptop and the inconvenience this may have caused if it will no longer boot up. If the laptop will not boot up or it's just black screen, do the following. Ty to do a power cycle by pressing and holding down the power button to shut it down completely, then power on. If it powers on but stays on black screen after at least 10 minutes, repeat the power cycle process again. If the laptop is applying updates in the System Registry, it will black screen temporarily until the update is applied successfully. Additionally, try to disconnect the AC adapter and any external devices, and let the unit drain for 24 hours to clear the memory. This will reset the hardware to default settings. After doing this, please reconnect your AC adapter, do not power on the laptop until the battery is charged.
