Really love this Laptop. I had Surface, Mc book pro, Mc Book Air and just decided to buy a gaming laptop with a great processor and graphic card. Resolution is also a bonus. So far So good.

I originally was in sure for a laptop for school but also love to game as well. I found this laptop for a great price and couldn't resist getting it. Games look smooth and with great graphics. I also able to do all my school as well on it.

I've had this computer for about three weeks, and while I haven't gotten into any heavy gaming yet, it has performed amazingly well for the light gaming and office productivity work I have used it for. The 4K UHD display is amazing!

The ASUS ROG laptop is a great CAD Design tool, I like the MYASUS interactive monitoring software. I love the graphics accelerator, looking forward to long term stability and interactive personalization.

With some compromise it’ll run warzone in 4K but you have to select the options that allows you to maintain 60fps by dropping resolution. Speakers on this thing sound great, better my dell G7. Overal I would’ve kept this pc but I ended up returning it because of the screen, I have an oled tv and I thought the 15” screen would’ve looked good enough but I returned it for a more expensive dell that had oled. Bottom line, if you don’t care about oled, this laptop is great.

The sales rep was very courteous, took his time explaining things to me and seemed to care that I would be happy with the product. We went over brands & features & he scheduled a convenient installation for me.

It was great. I got it for my husband because he is a big gamer. He used it all the time. He loved it. Unfortunately I didn't get a protection plan and it broke. So I recommend you buy the plan.

4K screen ghosts heavily when playing games. Sleep bug drains battery. Auto dims brightness of screen, can’t turn off..

Needed a reasonably powerful graphics laptop to run AutoCAD and other design programs, and this laptop is definitely doing the trick. It’s been responsive with no issues, and all of the design applications are snappy on it.

Excellent choice for my son. Starting college this fall for CS&E and needed something that will hold up for 4 yrs and handle the work load. Great option and detailed info from the sales person.

There are better gaming laptops out there. However, for somebody who isn't looking to play crisis on ultra, this little machine is perfect. The witcher 3 looks stunning on high settings with its 4k display.

Not Happy bought this on 11/5/2020 was delivered the next day that was great. Now for the issues 1. MyAsus App has one firmware update for the keyboard that fails to install every time. 2 Windows update feature update 2004 and higher will Not install 3. Unable to get the Bios to allow to boot from a USB device. Talked to ASUS Tech Support 2 times with No help they have 100% inexperience tech support always says can i put you on hold after every question so they can go ask somebody something. Took it to Best buy Geek squad the Tech there was helpful but he was also unable to get the system to update properly. I have had good luck with ASUS in the past. But as for this I will be returning this laptop and will find another brand to suite our needs as no support and New laptop not properly updating its a crying shame on ASUS

Dead pixels on the screen, proving very hard to find a charger now that I’ve lost mine Other than that it’s great I’m able to play everything

This Asus Laptop had me by suprise. The RTX 2060 in this laptop is amazing along with all the other features. The screen is a plus with the 4K UHD. The price could not be beat.

This laptop is the perfect mid-point for a gaming laptop and a regular use device. Handles every game I've thrown at it, and has one of the most full speaker-sytems I've heard from a laptop.

Straight out of the box it seems like a very great laptop, I had a computer for three years that had ok specs and got the job done very well. But this laptop is even better specs so will update as I play!

Has the potential to be a good laptop but the thermals on it are terrible. My cpu runs super hot and the fans are louder than my hairdryer. I can’t even run a simple game without being able to hear myself. In addition, this has no numpad or integrated camera. I have a mmo mouse so the numpad isn’t as crucial but the overheating is definitely a negative and would not recommend. I have to take it apart and see if redoing the thermal paste helps any.

Great laptop. Easy to set up. Wonderful step by step instructions. Lightning fast processing. Crystal clear picture. Works very well with an external monitor. Came with a stuck key, however.

Great laptop. The screen is clear, love the quiet fan mode makes me able to bring it into class without an airplane going off in the middle of the room makes the laptop very versatile

I really needed this mouse to help me with my new laptop. I have been able to navigate with ease. The connection is great no blemishes or hiccups. Great product. The 4k resolution is amazing
