Good laptop for a good price. Wish it had a numeric pad. Easy to use and color changing backlit keypad is a nice touch. This laptop will get too hot to be kept on your lap.

A huge upgrade from previous laptop. Texture of chassis (internal) is matte with a soft and fuzzy feel. The keypad is a bit of an adjustment, but becomes comfortable after some time.

Everyone was very helpful and I quickly got what I needed. I had to replace my laptop and it had to have capabilities to do a lot of different things and it was easy to go thru all the options

It works and I got for what I payed for. Only problem is the keyboard lights flash constantly when I turn the power off. But, that can be fixed by turning them off before hand.

I bought this mostly for music production as it had all the specs I wanted. I haven’t gamed on it & likely won’t but for what I’m using it for it’s working out great and the price was right.

I purchased an "Open Box" version of this laptop so my results might be caused by that or they don't test them? The laptop looked and ran very well but would intermittently just shut off and sometimes reboot with an error code. I installed bios and driver updates but nothing helped. I think it shouldn't have been re-sold...just sent back to the company as defective. The in-store return process was smooth.

Pretty good for the price tag. Great for streaming movies or the occasional game(running at full graphics tends to overheat).

This is such a great gaming system. Add a 4k monitor and you have an exquisite gaming setup. Many reviews say it is loud. I hear no noise while playing Cold War with the gpu at max.

Performance is very good with crisp pictures and good speed more than adequate to play Oblivion V Skyrim. The only weakness is in the audio quality but even that is adequate.

I needed a new laptop. This one fits the bill. Having a laptop with these specs allows me to use it for VR and my plan is to set it up for sim racing abs playing occasional COD

Worst battery life on a laptop, not getting even 60-90 minutes in very light use (outlook, excel, windows explorer, calculator). I´ve tried everything: close background apps, lower screen resolution, reduce brightness, backlit keys off, wifi off, bluetooth off, no mouse, no keyboard, everything off (still 90 minutes). Very fast and good when connected, but on battery is useless.

Love most things about this laptop. Runs my games on high and ultra. Only downside is how hot the keys get on the upper left side for directional gaming.

Great laptop, I purchased it to use for music production. So far it is top notch. Plenty of RAM, 1tb SSD, i7, so it's fast with no lagging and has everything I need.

The only reason I am putting this at a 3 star review is that my laptop has froze to the point of needing to do a hard power down reset in order to return to normal function on multiple occasions and I have had this computer for less than a month. I have hardly scratched the surface on memory usage and it still has been a problem. Aside from that one glitch that could be relative only to this device, it has been an astounding product and the glitch hasn't happened on to frequent of an occasion.

I like my new laptop but the keyboard and trackpad are very sensitive and will mess up when you write. Also the thing freezes after a certain period of time.

Nice but Microsoft updates are always wanting to be installed and I haven’t found a way to pause them until I want to install them. It’s a daily battle.

Such a great computer! Works well for my zooms (added a separate webcam). Sound is great, graphics are amazing. Kids say games play well. All in all, very happy with it!
