Owned for 9 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.got this as a birthday gift. unfortunately the pc stopped turning on after 3 months of very minimal use. as a bday gift i wasnt able to get a protection plan. the build was ok not super sturdy the screen is a bit lose but not a hindrance the keys are reactive and feel good to type on the mousepad isnt bad. the vents though will burn the crap out of your hand if you do not lift the pc up becuase they exhaust directly to the side of the computer. the lighting is cool nothing to crazy. the charger port is also in a wierd spot and it made the whole fan positioning seem even dumber to me. the audio is fantastic the screen resolution is the best i ever had and the graphics card was also the most powerful ive had. to bad its just a giant paper weight now.

This should help resolve the keyboard issue you mentioned. For the fan concern, please open the Armoury Crate application and select your desired fan profile preset.
