Hot Asus, but Not in a Nice Way

The laptop is OK, but I was a little concerned that the contrast on the monitor screen could not be adjusted to better examine photo images. The reason that I returned this computer to Best Buy was that it began to run very hot. Yes, I know that this is normal for ASUS, but a meat thermometer placed near the fans read 155*F. This must have caused a major failure because I could not turn the computer on or off. I finally had to open it up and remove the battery. A shout-out to Hulen (Texas) Best Buy staff. I exchanged this one for a new Dell which was cheaper. Although I was past the 15 day return, they authorized a refund to my credit card for the difference.
