    Bough this Gaming Laptop certificated Excellent, but had a problem with White colors, on the Other side, is a very good choice.

    Severe Overheating Issue - Do Not Buy

    Will not come out of suspend / hibernate without a CMOS reset. While stuck in this state system will overheat. Bottom of laptop measured with IR pyrometer 160F / 70C. ASUS support no help. FIRE RISK - DO NOT BUY THIS LAPTOP.

    Case is warped

    Its a nice computer, but the case is warped. I've been using it with a different monitor and keyboard and I just used it as a laptop to find that the case is warped. It doesn't sit flat on all four corners. The right front corner does not sit flat with the other 3. I am giving it a fair rating and would recommend it hoping this is an anomaly. disappointing. I will be contacting ASUS.

    Disappointing ASUS product too hot and loud

    Basic laptop but really does not perform as expected. Bought for my wife to play WOW but it only could run the game on medium settings. Even running at medium the GPU got extremely hot and the fan was very loud. Seriously louder than the TV. Witching 2 hours the fan started making a awful sound. Similar to the emergency broadcast alarms on the radio or TV.

    Get an MSI

    Has some issues every so often loading and closing some of my steam games. Should've got an MSI but I cheaped out to save a buck. It still works but wouldn't buy it again.

    First time buying certified refurbished items at Bestbuy. The laptop itself is perpefct considering the price and the configuration. Just the geek squad refurbished one is very disappointing. There's some screen damage at the bottom right corner and when the background color is black it's very obvious to see there's red dots. There's random discoloration at the edge of the screen not sure if when it got refurbished the screen got hit somewhere. Besides that the fan all of a suddent stopped working once. At first I thought the fan is just not on but after like half an hour the computer became extremely hot so I tried to restart. Immediately after I restarted the fan started to blow wind at maximum capacity because the laptop was already overheated. I'd say a brand new one might be one of these best gaming laptops out there considering the reasonable price and I do recommend especially the 4K screen with IPS touch is AMAZING. just the refurbished one was very disappointing.

    Rough around the edges but works great

    When I bought this, it had small distortions on the bezel for some reason. However, it works great as a computer and a gaming laptop!

    Sales clerks were hard to find. Didn’t get help choosing a laptop. Clerk didn’t add my apartment number so my packages were late and I was getting the run around trying to get my printer delivered. OnTrac called me and I explained I had two packages coming but the 1 st person didn’t note this or change anything for both just for the one and caused it to be a bigger deal than it needed to be.

    Underwhelming

    Shipping was on time. Everything was fine. Only issue is that within two weeks of having the laptop and only using it a handful of times theres now a blue horizontal line that appears on the screen. Talk to support and they said I might have to replace the display. You would expect better from something so expensive but maybe I was just the unlucky one to get the broken laptop

    A laptop that can't do much

    A so called "Gaming Laptop", that can't run basic AAA titles. CPU and GPU reach temps of 90° C/ 194° F. But don't worry! It can run MICROSOFT WORD! A laptop, but not meant for a lap unless you want to get cooked. I regret this purchase.
