    Don't Buy OPEN BOX from Best BUY! ALL DAMAGE!

    Best Buy is selling damage computers open box. Its the second I got in two days. Yesterday I bought one Dell - G7 15.6" 4K Gaming Laptop - OLED with problems and turning off the display. I went to the Aventura-FL store and they didn't gave me one new. The opened box was gone. I payed a little more ang got an ASUS ROG M15 4K (still open box) and came with damage in the screen. When the light is black many red and blue points appear on the screen. The computer is great but came with this problem. I don't recommend anyone to buy an open box from Best Buy. I lost many hours of my time 2 days in a roll. I want a new computer without problems or I will sue BestBuy. Horrible service. Please dont play with people time.

    My experience with this laptop is horrible. I purchased it with confidence as an open box (fair), turns out it has alot of stuck pixels and im very dissapointed. I did some research and tried to troubleshoot with some information online, but did not help. so sad that the technicians at best buy did a very lousy job inspecting the laptop before putting back on shelfs. im returning this laptop asap and getting my money back.
