Big improvement over old laptop. Does what it's suppose to do. Runs a little warm but that's to be expected with what's under the hood. Upgraded to windows pro and couldn't be happier. Also upgraded ram to 40 GB total.

Great balance of power and subtle flash. Will use mostly for photo editing and a little gaming. Bright display and good weight for performance.

3 stars because im being nice but seriously this thing is NOT WORTH THE MONEY. This laptop gets EXTREMELY HOT ! and im not talking after hours of being on it. Press the power button, give it about 15 minutes and you could fry an egg on this thing ! its completely unbearable to actually use on your lap. The fan also is SO LOUD its extremely distracting.. Normally noise from a fan wouldnt bother me, even if its noticeable at first you kinda get used to it after a while.. NOT WITH THIS LAPTOP. Overpriced.. Overhyped.. Fire Hazard for sure..

Very good performing PC except it randomly restarts from time to time and can't seem to trouble shoot it. While I paid a massive $1500 for it in January, you can get this for $1200 now and it's enough of a PC unless aiming to do something like 4k high frame rate gaming or high res VR. Seeing it go down by $200 just a couple weeks after purchase with only a 14 day return policy is a big let down for I was a Best Buy fan boy for all of 15 years having bought many laptops and things from them. You used to always get a copy of Windows and good 1 year warranty, but not anymore. You can probably find this PC or a comparable in good used condition for $1000 now.

Very fast, light weight and good battery life. My wife has been utilizing this for school mainly and has had no complaints. We purchased this to replace a 6 year old MacBook Pro and it has done the job.

Solid gaming laptop. Still heats up after running but nothing a cooling pad won't fix. Runs most games I've thrown at it at max settings or close to it.

Always built my own gaming towers so this is my first laptop platform. Although I wish I had bought one with a higher refresh rate monitor, I am very happy with this rig. It's handles all my games well and is very intuitive on setting your graphics for the best overall experience. I normally run all AMD hardware in my towers but I'm loving this Intel and Nvidia combo. Well worth the price and is now my main rig for gaming and my music production.

Great laptop and easy to use. Also has great looking and sounding screen and speakers. Speed of gaming is superb with processor and video card. Definitely not disappointed with my purchase.

Works great, but runs loud and hot. Definitely need a cooling fan for this laptop. And if you don't mind the noise, it's a great, powerful computer. Great gaming graphics and gameplay.

I selected this to replace my old Dell gaming laptop. I am amazed at how fast this computer is. I transfered 20GB of data from my external SDD in under 6 mins. I have noticed the wireless is significantly faster, and Ace Combat 7 is an absolute joy to play with this laptop.

This laptop has a fantastic display and the overall build quality is good. If it had a RTX 2070 super max-q it would have been perfect. It ultimately didn't meet my needs so I returned it.

I bought this laptop because it had above average ram, above average storage, and an entry level RTX card to maybe experience ray tracing. It was priced competitively, and seemed like a reasonable choice for what I wanted. I’m happy to say I’m really happy with this laptop. It is incredibly fast. I mean really fast. Boot up is wicked fast. I’ve been playing Horizon Zero Dawn running a large external monitor and it drives it no worries. I would recommend this laptop to any one at this price point. Very worthwhile purchase.

i have been using this for years now and it is a great product for people who don't need the most advanced graphics but still want a good gaming computer

It's a pretty powerful rig and can play just about all of my games at max settings. Fan gets loud though which is expected. Would definitely recommend cooling pad in addition.

Works great. I bought the other version of this non 4K and didn't like it as much as this one. The fans both are noisy. Looks great. Light weight.

I am in love with this laptop. It is fast, slim and light weight. The display is amazing and smooth. It shipped quickly and came in beautiful packaging.

Bought this gaming computer for the processor power and memory. Good machine, light, fast. I find the flashing lit keyboard annoying but it can be turned off so it's a matter of preference. It's a nice size but I miss the separate 10 key number pad my old laptop had. The biggest con I have for this laptop is that there is no webcam, which I find hard to believe in a gaming machine but there it is. You'll have to download an app to use your phone as a webcam or purchase a separate camera. Overall it seems to be a very good machine.

Blazingly fast and amazing display. I haven't had much time to rev it up as far as gaming is concerned, but what I have seen...it's a beast!

This laptop runs smooth and plays games great. I love the look of it and the screen looks great. It's little smaller than I'm use to, but I can get use to it.
