Honestly was nicer than i expected since reviews talked about the plastic and metal chasis. And i really like the keyboard, key travel and pressing on them is a nice feel. Thunderbolt is a plus and the display is amazing.

The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5, is because the speakers are not great at all. I can have it at full volume and still not get great sound. I suggest using good headphones, you will get better sound this way. This laptop is super fast, compared to my old one. What took a couple of minutes for a game to load, now only takes a few seconds. I am very happy with it.

Almost the perfect laptop

It has a very powerful 10th generation intel processor and it has a good Nvidia GPU. The only complaint about this laptop is its panel, its bright but is not very color accurate. It is pretty good for its price but if you can spend $200-300 more, I recommend opting for the HP Omen with a Ryzen 7 CPU and a better panel.

Runs hot, something wrong with fans

I needed a new laptop since my old one died, and bought this one so I could use it for my surgery (3/2/2021). Well, seeing that the fans scrape the inside of the case and are unbearably loud, I'll be a few days without a laptop. If I could attach a video, I would. The first time I heard the fans go crazy, it scared me. It's like they're incredibly loose inside the case and flopping around wildly when the fans ramp up. It's unfortunate... I don't know if it's due to the faulty fans, but the laptop itself gets VERY hot. I only tested this laptop by playing World of Warcraft on level 7 graphics and for about 30 minutes.

Bought as open box item and was received in mint condition. Easy store pick up. Would recommend this model for high quality specs. Best thing was that it had the nvidia graphics along with 16gb and 512ssd. Best birthday gift a boy could ask for and expect it will last for many years to come.

The only thing I would say is to get a cooling pad if your going to be playing demanding games because The fan is a little loud when running games but for normal use it’s quite. No flex on the keyboard not flex in the screen, It’s a great buy.
